I started the subscription to build up my clothing needs. However, I would like to focus more on dress shoes, paints, and shirts in the future. The summer attire has been very good but I need clothing to were to work in the future.
So I talked to a rep via email and they said my order was shipped. Bobbie Gave me a tracking order and I plug it in the ups website. Turns out the order was cancelled.
What are you guys going to do about that?

For the most part, the product has been good and the sizing decent. I have always struggled with shirt sizes between L and XL depending on the brand and style. This has resulted in the need to exchange items. The bad part is certain items are not exchangeable leaving me with shirts I can't wear.
I also find the web site to be less than user friendly. It is challenging to find your way around to make changes or even know what is shipping. It states that I should be able to update boxes/preferences, but it is a bit kludgy.

In my last box I received 5 items. I was not happy with 4 of them. The return policy is very tedious. Since 5 days had already passed since I received the box when I was out of town I decided to just keep it and cancel my service.

I like the selection but have only been able to fit about half of the items. I'm 6'1 about 300 lb. if i cancel after my next box then theis is why.

Kind of annoying that I'm charged almost two weeks before I get any product. I also use Stitch Fix and they don't charge me until after a week of receiving
We are so sorry about this! It typically does take 5-10 business days for your boxes to ship since we do wait for the items to arrive that we order for boxes from our brand partners. Unlike other services, we just charge a one time monthly fee and no other styling fees or mark ups on the clothes we send. We are happy you like the products and are still a member with Stately!

I have tried to work with you guys and even told you that if you don't get it right that I would move to another company. I stopped for a while because I continued to get a watch and a belt and a man can only have so many of those. I have provided my sizes and the shirts are always so big because you switch brands, etc. I spoke with support about 10 days ago and they scheduled a call and no one called me on the time agreed.
So yes, I cannot continue to do this.

I like the service and the cloths.The part I don't like is I find it difficult to understand the emails.i get them and it seems they are more for new clients than people who already have a plan.Everytime I try to navigate thru it it toy's to sign me up for a plan when I already am a member.

I wish you can stick with the same stylist. I enjoyed my first 3 boxes so much. The 4th was lackluster except for my request of the suit. I asked for no floral patterns and got multiple items with them.

My work demands I have a certain look but my schedule doesn't allow me to have the time to create a wardrobe. Stately has sent me 4 boxes. I have sent nothing back. They have given me the chance to wear many things I would have never considered otherwise.

Good service. The turn around time for approving returns could probably shorten. I expect it's a manual process that could be automated. The items and sizes are usually very good but sometimes things don't fit. I recognize that I am notoriously difficult to size as I'm between sizes and my feet are two different sizes. I appreciate the good customer support and I enjoy the customized approach. Box presentation is a chef's kiss.

I was for sure skeptical prior to my first purchase. That being said... I have since made 5 different orders from the Regal plan!
For me, if I had to pick my own clothes I would always get the same type of clothes... using this service it forces to to get clothes that I wouldn't normally buy for myself. However, the stylists have yet to disappoint... before using this service I never got comments about my style... now I always have people mention my clothes! If you look good you feel good and it's so true!
I've never used another service other than Stanley but why would I need another when I was fortunate enough to find this one? The loyalty program they have is cool and they do lots of promo codes that allow you to get extra stuff.
The last note I would touch on is just the Quality of the clothes! You can customize the look you get from professional to casual! I love having access to stylists who know exactly what the current clothing fads are and makes me look what I'm doing!
