Total complete rip-off artists... Don't stand behind their products, and never ever listen to you, and never ever give refunds... Even if it's a faulty product... You are stuck, and out of your money...
You will find some great deals at great prices, but you have to pay attention as it can be hit or miss. And if a deal is really good, it might not last for long.
I purchased an item that didn't work out, and for a refund, I was given in-store credit. I was ok with this until I checked out and used a promo code -- I learned you cannot use promo codes if you are buying items with credits. I have no idea why, but that's how the system works. :/ If you return and item for a refund, ASK FOR A COMPLETE REFUND AND NOT CREDITS!
Lifetime VPN is not lifetime. I purchased a lifetime VPN service from stacksocial and on the description page it says that they will provide a code for the vpn service every 5 years. Now that my first 5 years is up, they are refusing to provide the code. Avoid them at all costs.
I'm having a dreadful time trying to get a refund for a mis-advertised service from StackSocial. After intially agreeing with me about the missold service and offering a refund, I've heard nothing more from their customer service team - and instead have had to go to the hassle of raising a dispute with PayPal and my bank, which is very time-consuming (I will however be claiming compensation from StackSocial for this lost time). I would urge prospective buyers to steer clear of StackSocial and their associated companies (Tech Deals, Android Authority, etc.), as it's clear they are unwilling to support you when things go wrong.
Horrible service. They don't deliver what's advertised on their site. A complete waste of time. I purchased an item on sale to only to be notified weeks later that they couldn't deliver. Pointless.
This is an amazing website to get stuff from. Highly recommend you sign up. Been wanting this software, and the price is right. Heard so much about it and know it will help me with all my photography
Satisfactory service. Staff behavior is above par and very impressive. There is always room for improvement anyway.
My second purchase was a face mask with 5 filters. It took a very long time to get the item from the Stack Social vendor. When it arrived today (5/15), I opened it up and tried to put on. DOESN'T STAY ON & APPARENTLY since it was such a deal (over $20), it is NOT REFUNDABLE.
BUYER BEWARE!
Do not fall for their offer of free trial period. When I tried to cancel the free trial membership, I was directed to no less than 6 pages to confirm cancellation. My membership was still not cancelled. The website directed me to a call center phone number with the hours 9-8pm. It was too late so I called the next day around 5pm but the recorded message stated the call center closes at 5pm. Due to their incorrect information I was ONE BUSINESS DAY late in canceling. Instead of providing the courtesy, I was charged a full amount. UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING THAT THEY OFFER.
Do not use this platform:
Do not use this platform. They cannot be reached by phone. There is no customer service and they have not provided the course I paid for. After going through to many problems to get the course paid for there were inadequate directions as to how to access the course. All sorts of problems happened. When I attempted to get help I was contacted by an entity with a different name. Because the named used differed I did not respond quickly. Because I did not respond in 12 hours they assume all was okay. Now I cannot get in touch with them and I cannot get anyone to respond to my request for a refund. At best they are extremely slow and incompetent. More than likely this is a scam.
I ordered Airtaps from the Website and unfortunately the product that arrived did not work properly. However, I reached out on the support tab on their site for help and they GAVE ME A FULL REFUND! I was given an option by their support representative (replacement/refund) I asked for a refund. They were very helpful and my problem was resolved in a matter of days.
Do NOT buy anything from them! I bought two online piano lesson packages because I have two kids, I only received one code, and no one answered my requests for a refund for DAYS. When I finally did get a message it was basically copy and pasted from the website, they did not answer my questions and said nothing about my request for a refund. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. And honestly, even the piano lesson content is garbage. I've seen better videos on YouTube. Don't make the same mistake I did! Brutal customer service, and no way to get a refund.
I ordered 2 products. One came. I still have not received the slippers I ordered months ago.

Thought the pop up coupon was for $10. Turned out to be 10% (3.89)
Do not purchase any software from this dishonest company. If you do you will NOT be able to return it or get any store credit. They will say all sales are final even if their sales page says otherwise. Their customer service reps are useless and will parrot copy and pasted responses. You've been warned.
Purchased a course with a physical package, which never arrived. Customer service has been no help despite opening 3 tickets. It has been nearly 6 months. I was cheated out of my money.
Look elsewhere for accurate reviews. StackCommerce is savaged on Google and other review sites. Absent support. Having to get my card company to get my money back.
I paid $60 for their "unlimited access pass" and they emailed me a link saying I needed to pay an extra $24/month subscription fee.
When I emailed them, they responded with useless, irrelevant information. I asked for a refund and they then ignored me.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Go to Udemy or somewhere else if you want good online courses.
I ordered airtaps from stacksocial and unfortunately the product that arrived in the mail did not work. However, I reached out on the support tab on their site for help and they GAVE ME A FULL REFUND! I was given an option by their support representative (replacement/refund) I asked for a refund. They were very helpful and my problem was resolved in a matter of days. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you guys! You really outdid yourselves.
Update 2/5/20
They mailed me a replacement product after the refund! Im so thrilled! Good people they work, too!
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
