I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with how my package was handled by Stackry. During inspection, a Stackry employee cut open the packaging with a utility knife, irreversibly damaging a collectible item, rendering it worthless. Initially, they attempted to place the blame on the shipping company. However, after investigation and reviewing the photos, it was proven that the damage occurred inside Stackry's own facility, caused directly by one of their employees. After much insistence on my part, Stackry admitted that the item was opened during their internal process but refused to take responsibility, claiming that opening packages is part of their standard procedure. It is unacceptable that, under the excuse of an "internal procedure," Stackry destroys customers' property without offering any compensation. They turned a valuable collectible into trash and still denied any liability.
Great communication with this shipping experience. Parcel arrived before the shipping date which was a bonus also. Will use Stackry again

Process was smooth but it's taking a long time to receive my order. Much longer than expected for the price of shipping.
I have been other international shipping services for years, but seeing that Stackry was well rated, I decided to give them a try. I was nothing but disappointed on my first order. They do not provide sufficient tools to properly setup customs invoices - I was unable to add my customs import code for my country, nor the correct HS codes or country of origin. They also don't take photos for consolidations. This led to significant additional import charges, and I was not able to rectify them in time. Furthermore, the online agent tool did not work, it just hung, and they took well over 24 hours to respond to my email, by which time it was too late. Stackry is fine if you just want to buy one item casually, but if you are a regular importer from the USA, find another service.

Great service, all online, neat customer portal, everything well thought during the process and very clear at all stages. The only issue I had - very expensive shipping cost due to hazmat (batteries) in my case. So, if your product fall under hazmat category - check handling and shipping fees first.
Everything is great, only consolidation of packages takes a long time.

My parcels were consolidated and when I got them one item was missing, I started a claim and then the item was found at their warehouse! Now I am asking to ship it at their cost with no reply yet. Will post the conclusion later.

First time using. I had put-off tackling this shipping as I thought it would be difficult... Was so much easier than I anticipated!
Of course, haven't seen the process through to the end yet, but fingers crossed the parcel arrives without fuss or error... All I can say at this stage is, so far, so good.
This was my first stackry shipment and the experience was smooth and arrived far more quickly than I expected. I will definitely be doing this again for future shipments. It would be nice to have more payment options.
Worked out for me, although I just ordered a pair of sneakers paid like 60 bucks shipping for the FedEx and then when it arrived at my door I had to pay another $25.
That's what it takes to get what I wanted though.

The shipping is much more than I thought. I have had nail polish shipped from the US before and it was half the price for the same service. There is only one bottle of polish inside. Would probably not use again unless I really had to have something from USA.

I see the shipment was more expensive, because it was a dangerous goods shipment due to the Nail Polish being shipped. Due to international regulations, shipping Nail Polish and other flammable items requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the economy carriers we offer. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. I wanted to edit or change the address once the package was re packaged but didn't allowed me.also I needed to wait and don't care to say for storage but hot a message saying my package was going to be destroyed. Why destroyed couldn't it be donated to salvation army or something. All was always good so far but this package in particular is like cursed.

If you contact Stackry before that date, we will do our best to accommodate additional time for our customers if space allows. Wow, I wished I have found Stackry sooner. Brilliant and so easy to use. I was hesitate at first but no need to. I had been put off buying from USA because of shipping charges for individual items, but wanted several item that I could not get in the UK. Everything went smoothly, from emails telling me my parcels had arrived to shipping and at a very affordable price, delivery from USA to UK in just over a week. Have told loads of family and friends and this will be the only way to buy from USA from now on. Keep up the great work.
I am absolutely appalled by the fact that I'm being charged an additional $5.00 due to someone else's incompetence. This practice is not only unfair but reeks of a blatant money-grabbing scheme. It's utterly unacceptable that I'm penalized for the sender's lack of attention to detail. This is now the second time I've been unjustly slapped with this fee for others' mistakes. This kind of treatment is infuriating and I demand immediate rectification.

They got my package, sent me a notification, then again sent a reminder, and finally I paid, and the package arrived intact. The shipping fees are a bit much, but if your product is very expensive, it might make it worth your $
It's my fault but I am gutted. It cost me $115 to ship a pair of jeans. When I initially used the online calculator it definitely did not price my package that high, but once it arrived that was the cheapest option
Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
