Their shipping fees are reasonable and they are extremely careful with your order and make sure to check it's up to your standards, their dashboard is extremely easy to use and information regarding the package when it reaches their warehouse is provided to you.
I've been trying to get in touch with them for 5 days! No one answers the phone or emails the whole "live chat" thing is a lie there is no place to live chat and my item haven't been put into my box since Saturday (it's Tuesday) no explanation no emails back, I've tried Facebook, emails, calls NOTHING. I ship over 7 times a month and they want to treat customers like this? Absolutely gobsmacked and disappointed. I just want my stuff!
I have posted my items to my Boxinus address. My account won't let me make payment due an error on the security code on my card.
Now the site shows that I haven't setup an account and they have asked me USD 1 again.
This won't go through either. No one responds to my emails I am so upset and have potentially lost USD 200 shoes.
Iam one of the ppl who joined boxinus from the beginning of their startup with a lady called vicky. Done great deals but after too many years i started to realize that there is a big change in how they rule the busniess.
They disable payments through paypal so they hold your package and let you leave it for their beneficial thats a creative way of stealing goods.
They have problems with some ppl in specific countries and they really hide them self not to show that.
My advice keep away from dealing with them.
I have family in the US that always ships me stuff for me and my kids we used to deal with shop and ship which takes over 10 days to shop our packages! Soo happy I found out about boxinus I usually get my packages withing 4 days max!
Just paid $1 and got my lifetime US address to shop from US. I shop wherever I whish and send it to my US address. It is very easy and fast to consolidate more than one product and send to my country.

I have been using Boxinus for a couple of years, to forward my shipments to Dubai, with regular shipments, at least twice a month. Through them, I have shipped all sorts of things, including bulky and heavy items. Thanks to their rates, I have saved so much money as they collate my orders, reduce unnecessary packaging, check that my received orders are well fulfilled by the vendors and they notify me if any items are missing from the packing list so I could notify the vendor. Boxinus are super prompt where my orders are received quickly and their shipping rates are much more affordable than the shipper I used in the past, so now I enjoy shopping more frequently from US stores. I placed an order from amazon however i choose wrong size and didnt know what to do. I wrote on their live chat hoping to get a quick answer. They replied me in 10 minutes even it was late at night. Very very dissapointed, use their service to buy from yeezysupply, when the item arrived at their warehouse, immediately pay for the item, after that, they told me that there was other person ask for my item, so they ask for order confirmation, credit card statement and photos with the card, provided everything they want, after that their system is error cant login for almost 2 weeks, after their system recovered they said i cant recieved my item and ask me for returns from the merchant, are u insane?
