They just kept taking money from me. First off they took a preauthorization that took almost 2 weeks to be returned. And then it took almost 3 weeks for me to receive the items. I finally started it on March 1st only for them to charge me again before I have even tried it before the 30 days! I was less than 10 days in before they decided to charge me for their products that I haven't even decided I wanted or liked or if it was even working! And now NO ONE is responding to ME! I'm a single mom and I thought this process would be easy and I could try it without forming up the money until deciding if it was worth it or even worked. Try it then if I don't like it return it! Hassle free right? NOPE! It's a SCAM! They do this because they know that they can get away with it and people will have to fight for their money back! I am so upset and angry! I feel helpless and they don't even care. On top of this, I changed my credit card info from my Visa to my Mastercard and they still were able to charge my Visa! Like how? I need help and I need answers!
Customer service was absolutely outstanding! The product tasted delicious and I felt the benefits after about two weeks. I also loved the bonus gifts!

I bought a 50 ml bottle of serum and was charged almost $400 on my Mastercard over 3 months. I did not realize the reoccurring charge happening and when i did, i reached out to this company and they said... since it was over the 60 day trial, there would be no refund. I'm a 19 year old University student and cannot afford to spend $400 on one bottle of serum. And WILL NOT return my money. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

The so-called hair growth product made my hair worse. My hair is even thinner in the front & at my neck line. I emailed the company & of course never received a reply back.
The website is very easy to navigate and I like how they have many offers for subscriptions. The subscription plans are laid out simply to understand and I like how it's easy to select or skip.

After my purchase I was reverted back to the Home page without a reciept, order number or confirmation however, the funds were immediately taken from my bank acct. My SC acct shows no orders & my auto ship shows no subscription. I complained to customer with this information and was asked for an order number! WTH! That's the reason I contacted you Linoka Chishi (SpoiledChild)Feb 11,2023, 16:28 EST. So sick of companies like this one money grabbing and not fulfilling commitments to comsumers. Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
I was tinkering with the idea of trying their hair care because it looked like it would only be shipping until 60 days. I did press place order. But that's when it stated in bold that it would be 89 and change and asked to confirm order. I NEVER CONFIRMED. But it still went through immediately. When I immediately reached out, they told me that they couldn't give me a refundbecause supposedly it was already in shipping. Shipping in one minute from order time, mind you. That the charge was a pre authorization. Bull$#*! it went completely through and 89 was taken out. IT WAS NOT PENDING. They did tell me I could send them back for a partial refund. Why would I do that? If not for a full refund. I did not want to deal with it. So I kept the first set of products which sucked and no where worth the money. And I emailed them as long as my account was cancelled. Which I was assured I was. Now seven months later I notice the card I rarely use but used for this has been charging 89 EVERY MONTH since January. And I never got one other $#*!ty product from them. They have one day to respond to my email and I'm getting my cousin business lawyer involved. I don't care how much my cousin will want. It won't be as much as they've stolen. And I'm livid enough to not care how much it will cost to bring these bastards down. BUYER BEWARE!

I attempted to cancel my order about 30 seconds after I placed it since your company lied in your advertising. When I was researching your company, I was told I would get a free, full-sized sample. After I placed my order, I was told I would be charged if I kept the sample. That does not constitute a free sample.
I was told when I immediately attempted to cancel my order that it was impossible to place my order as it had already shipped.
And yet I did not get shipping confirmation for nearly 48 hours.
When you (YOU) sent me a customer service notice, which I responded to, it went to your sister company instead and I was subsequently chewed out and dismissed for not sending it to the right place.
Your company lied to me multiple times, your service agents were rude and dismissive, and every single person I have dealt with has been utterly inept at their job.
I have filed a chargeback with my bank and I will refuse any package you send me. You could've avoided the shipping charge you will now be held liable for by canceling my order like any legitimate business would.
