Per the request to review my online ordering experience, I can only hope that the product is more helpful than the ordering process, which is unfortunately confusing and tricky with an over abundance of questions and an unexpected amount of marketing efforts. This is my 2nd bottle of E27 Liquid Collagen/mango with the leap of faith to opt for an automatic monthly shipment, so we'll see how this option turns out moving forward. I'm very much looking for positive results, whilst taking 2 tbsp/day for hair and skin benefits related to this product.
I don't understand... I read that I could try it for free and pay 5.95 shipping... so I did that option. Then you come in with (if you sign up for the subscription you get free shipping, 20% off and a another full product for free so I decided to try it. Now it says I left my free gift behind and I already was charged full price plus shipping... I don't understand? As of now I already want to cancel, that's shady stuff.
It was a good experience, lots of information was provided and it was beneficial in choosing to give it a try. All that was provided was upbeat, positive and not pushy. Looking forward to beginning and making some healthy choices... all good!
I thought I was only ordering one bottle of pineapple, I hate Mango and I also thought this auto shipment was every 30 days! We need to clarify this order ASAP or I will cancel the entire order! I thought this was every 30 days. I'm not paying $78.00 every 2 weeks. Just cancel this order and let me start all over on this order! This has been very misleading! And I'm upset! I need to hear from you immediately or I'm calling American Express and cancel the charge!
I placed my order and didn't get prompted to enter address details then when I checked to see where it's going it's my old address that they captured from I'm not sure where and no one has responded to my emails so I can get this shipped to the correct location before it ships out.
The website of the products and pricing was very detailed and 3asy to understand and I am happy that if for whatever reason, I do not feel or see any results, that I can return and cancel. I have read the reviews and now personally know two people that are using this product have felt the positive changes.

I was ordering Mango taste drink. As I am going through it shows pineapple taste. So I back out. Then finding out that was a another suggestion to buy. It would be good to see all your order before submitting order. I have more then I was anticipating to order because of all the questions. I thought the apple cider vinager was a free sample. But now see I paid for it. The serum also getting 20% off somehow I got that. I hope I like it. Lol
I gave Spoiled Child a five star because the process to purchase was simple. I found many reviews to help me decide on making my first purchase and trying it for free. I am excited! Stay tuned 😉

I had decided not to purchase but after receiving two emails a day offering all sorts of stuff I thought I would "try" a bottle just pay $9 shipping. The byflow upon ordering is very lengthy and pushy with "extra deals" and I accidentally ordered an additional bottle trying to order the trial on my lunch break. With exchange my free trial cost me almost $100 on my credit card... I didn't realize this was a USA company. I have no intention of supporting USA products. Subscriptions are always a rip off. If your product is that good you shouldn't have to trick people into purchasing. Huge surprise... no way to cancel the order and no response to my email immediately after I ordered to cancel. Nobody has this kind of time. You can not even copy the ridiculously long order numbers.

Don't like how you makes us believe we are getting a $100 gift card but you fall to say we can onmy use it TOWARDS YOUR PRODUCTS and you conventionally take up to 6 month to finally send it and that's only after I sent your organization at least 8 emails asking where is my gift card… to makes matters worse I got on your sight dreading to place an order with the GIFT CARD after placing the order all these prompts come up to try and sell me more items as I kept pressing skip ( indicating that i WASNT) interested then boon once again your site conveniently added another freakin! Orders for additional $44 dollar … so I want my moms back my MONEY refund it back into. Y bank account ASAP! SAY NOOO MORE..

Product came super fast which I love! I got the pineapple flavor of the E27. Taste sooo good! I am taking morning and night. I am on week one and my completion is brighter and I feel like I have more energy. Very much so enjoying!

My first order was delayed for over 2 weeks. When Melissa sent an email to check in with any feedback, I told her that I haven't received my order yet. She was so prompt about replacing my lost order and less than a week, my order arrived! The parcel was incomplete with what I ordered and today the rest of my order arrived. It's only been a week since I started and I haven't noticed anything different yet, which is understandable. That's why they want you to try their product for a month anyway! I am hoping that by my fourth week, I will be able to see some improvement!

I am very disappointed that the bottle print is light orange, very difficult to see, also I would like to know what the bottle size is before purchase size/ mL. Nowhere on the website is it posted. I like the product, but that seems shady to me. I didn't even know it had to be refrigerated until reading my email. I want to know what my complete purchase is, when receiving confirmation it shipped, no where does it state the mL/size. Can you please get back to me in reference to this. Much appreciated.
I thought the quiz was a very good thing because it allowed me to answer how my body is compared to so many out there. It then helped with coming up with the correct product for me.
