I have tried to cancel several times. Discover juts contacted me with a bill of 148.00. I'm a senior on a budget. I just had to put a new furnace in. What's important to me, spoiled child or heat. I live in Michigan, it is very cold here. Please cancel, I have tried and I can't figure out your site and how to cancel. I just can't afford. Please do this for me. I received the product on February 15th and started taking one tbsp in the morning and one at night. Here's the problem, there was only two weeks worth of product in the bottle. The instructions say results occur in 4 to six weeks. I am already out of product. My second shipment is delayed. I cannot give my opinion at this time.
My first month of taking it, I dropped 5 lbs. The wrinkles on my face around my eyes filled in and my face had a much brighter appearance. My daughter started taking it for acne and helped her face clear as well. She also loves it. Great product. Tastes great. Just ordered 2 more bottles.
Hello, I just received my Spoiled Child E27 Collagen and J29 gummies, and I am really excited! The flavors of both products are really good, not too sweet and easily dilutable in water for the collagen. I hope to give a great update in about 30-45 days!

I saw your advertisement on IG for a free trial with guarantee- then when I ordered product I was brought into other add ons and subscription before trying to get a discount.
The trial was supposed to be free. The s/h was only supposed to be charged. Then I was charged more than the discounted price for my first trial request.

If I am correct my first bottle arrived Mar 9/2025,I have been out of spoiled child collengen for 1 week, so I am guessing I am driving to much.
By the time I get my next shippemnt I will have been out for 2 weeks, unless I have missed a shipment

They say free trial they charge me $161.12 for the product that I didn't even order.

A gummy's and they send me a jar of hair mask they charged me for that first $60 I quickly send them my email that they charge me $60. I don't even want that mask. Can you not send it cancel that order they refund me $55 and then they charge me again for those three products. I have been trying the collagen liquid for 21 days. The order process was very easy and the site easy to navigate. However, I did int like the transaction/payment process. After selecting no to auto ship, you will be asked several times before completing the purchase. The specific part of doing a one time purchase, but before and after you pay, there are options you have to select to finish. Example, another product pops up with auto ship or skip, after completing payment. So if you don't select the right prompt, you will have signed up for that item to be on auto ship. I had to do this 4 times after completing the purchase. Overall it would have been 5 stars, if I didn't have to navigate through these numerous steps, at the end of the transaction.

I don't know how but an add on order processed and I did not want it too. I also can not find a way to cancel this. Also I realized the flavor was incorrect and i cannot cancel or update.
I ordered my product on January 5 and still have not received it. But then you tried to charge me and ship an auto refill product. How can you send a refill and I haven't received the original bottle. Very disappointing

I purchased the pineapple flavor. The product itself is an excellent supplement when it comes to consuming collagen on a daily base. However, the taste of the pineapple is so artificial. I wish the pineapple taste could be a bit more subtle and the price is a bit pricy. Overall, I will have to finish the bottle, in order to find out if my joint, nails, hair will do its magic, just like what the ad says.

I can't say much about the product because I haven't received it yet but I am hopeful. However. When ordering, it said if I signed up for the subscription, shipping was free and you got a discount. There was no discount and I was charged shipping. They need to figure that out.

I just got my order form email to me and it says that I am on a auto refill. There's nowhere to say that I don't want an auto refill. Or boxes to check off on. I want to buy it once. And once only! If I do get an auto refill I will cancel it.
Supposed to receive my order a week ago. Still nothing. Save your money! Would give zero stars if I was allowed. Shouldn't advertise if you can't fulfill orders.
Answer: It doesn't! They charge you the full price before trial starts.
