Product was recommende want to try it almost did not buy due to extreme upselling,did not like the website. Accidently ordered one upsell cuz it was similar to what I was trying to buy. May cancel monthly product we'll see not a good start
I just wanted to make a purchase, so I could try your product but I couldn't get out of your Maze to make the purchase. I was giving this site one more chance to try and purchase, long story short it took 3 times to get it done. I hope the Product is well worth me trying 3 times. Roxann
So I was looking and reading about the product but it only gave me mango as the option ( I love pineapple) which is the other flavor option. So I ordered the mango. Once I ordered/paid it sent me to another site giving me another bundle option and THEN it gave pineapple as a choice. I didn't want to buy 3 since I haven't tried it yet. I'm really excited to try it. I have lost 46 lbs so far and on a good excessive/ diet routine but I have reached a plateau... So I hope this helps.
I do not like that after you take quiz then decide try before you buy you are bombarded with questions to either subscribe or add other products. Someone not aware might click these things not wanting them. I also am being sent collagen that wasn't even recommended.

I am very frustrated with spoiled child. My first order I approved 1 order for $95. When I looked at my credit card there were 5 more orders totally $200+. There is not a support number to call. I am just expected to wait for an email at there convenience to get this matter resolved. Very frustrating. Not sure this is the right company for me due to trust issues with their website and lack of support to correct their errors.

I feel like I was on it several times and the % off just changed. 10% off if you chose the subscription initially but 20% off if you chose no subscription and changed it to a subscription right before your final purchase - however you total price remained at full price. It was not smooth. I am looking forward to trying the products and am hoping for the wow!

I clicked on order one bottle and now I have two orders one for $58 and one for 85. No I want to cancel. I just want one bottle of the collagen. Can someone reach out to me or look at my order and cancel one my credit card has been charged, but I am going to make sure it's taken off, if you guys don't do it do it. This is why I don't like ordering online.

Ordering process with survey to match you with the right product is nice but after I ordered the product I was seeking it went to another survey to earn a discount code for future prochases which is fine. But when I declined the other product they were recommending and got my confirmation it had that product on there and I had been charged. Now I have that money out of my account and I have to either keep it or go through the return process, which I will be doing which I believe is what they hope most will not.

HORRIFIC. Navigating your website is impossible. I thought I was getting a TRY FOR FREE for a shipping fee of $5.45 and now you're charging me full price and Im signed up for a monthly bottle and I don't even know if I like it or not. You need to be ore honest. I get your online offers 15x a day - every other offer I receive is from you and now I've been deceived by your poorly designed or rather brilliant website that tricks people into believing one offer and receiving another. Shame on you.

It was OK. It just made me a little jittery maybe because I have high blood pressure. It definitely made me feel like I wasn't hungry and a little more energy
This is the second time I've tried to order the same product. Unfortunately Spoiledchild is batting two for two, both times there has been an issue with delivery. How is this possible? Is this normal for their company? Does every one experience these issues? When I don't receive the products, I have to contact them and request they advise the status of my order, they tell me it couldn't be delivered or there was a problem with the delivery, and ask me if they would like them to send a replacement order or if I prefer a refund. Out of frustration I request a refund and have to contact them daily after the 10 days they claim my money will be returned to me. If I didn't pay attention to my accounts, I doubt I would ever receive my money back. It is very frustrating dealing with them and extremely disappointing as their Marketing is so good you want to try their products. I placed my order January 22, they offered a they offered a refund February 24 and it's March 7. I haven't received my refund. I received an email today with a snapshot $115 was deposited to my account, no name no proof of who this money was returned to which I didn't receive and I paid $33.49 and $164.88 for the products so why would they return $115? Anyway, I recommend you proceed with caution when you're ordering from these people.
I purchased the apple cider gummy's, the collagen and hair growth liquid. I made the purchase to receive TAPJOY rewards to be received usually within an hour after purchase. It said you must make a review to receive reward which I did right after my purchase which is funny since I don't even have the product yet to review. Here it is now about 18 hours and I still haven't received the reward. It doesn't really make me feel good knowing my purchase was for a subscription auto renewal. Most of the reviews either hadn't received it yet or just tried it saying it tasted good. I will post another review after I have used their products long enough to say if they work or not.

I signed up for the subscription, then it asks would I like another bottle. I said okay. Didn't see my complete order until after I was charged, then I have 3 bottles...wtf. There is nowhere to cancel the order. Absolutely terrible for consumers. Will report to the better business bureau for shady selling practices.

Service seems great with the ability to ask questions in real time. However, I am still not sure if I am buying in Canadian or USD, and that is important to me as it can change the price significantly. That is the only thing I would say could be improved.

The upselling started the minute I signed up. I do think the product might work; it isn't going to with in 30 days… with any collagen. The bottle totally sucks. There is syrup drips within a few uses and requires a wet paper towel after each use. I was given a free travel size code, which didn't work.
This was my first time ordering from Spoiled Child and I am thoroughly impressed by their customer service. I received personal emails regarding my order and delivery. When my delivery was delayed, through no fault of their own, they sent me a coupon code for future use. I love the products I ordered and will absolutely be a repeat customer.
