So far I've gotten to browse all the products available from SpoiledChild. I got to read how their products can help me. From skin care to hair care to dietary supplements, all the products explained what they were how they could help me and even other people who have tried their products and their experience using them. There are alot of good products, what I didn't like is that there wasn't really a percentage or an amount of each ingredients in their products that was used. And they do use fillers as some of their main ingredients in their skin care products which i didn't like.(This is on skin care products that I was looking into). To me that's like watering down some key ingredients that make the product work just enough to make you keep trying it hoping you'll get better results if you keep using it for longer periods of time. I haven't tried their products yet but I'm starting off with their skin care products and will try other products if im satisfied and actually do see results from using SpoiledChild. It was easy to pick a product put my payment info in and complete the order. Fingers crossed I get good results. Thanks guys!

I made an attempt to write an honest experience on their review site, but it's designed to reject any new negative ones coming in. So here I am bc my review was filtered out from their fake website. I call it fake bc it rejects honest reviews that doesn't benefit them.
I purchased two items from spoiled child.
The colllagen and serum.
1- The collagen
The mango bottle was delivered to me with no seal wrapped in the top cap area. With any product to be ingested whether it be medicine, peanut butter, gum, a bag of chips, etc, it will a have protection. If no seal, then it should have some kind of a click when open to assure it hasn't been tampered with.
No seal or click.
I reached out to a Melissa where she took care of it by replacing it with another one. I shall see if it does the same. If so, I will have to discard the replacement as well.
2- The serum
The serum doesn't have a mechanism where you can pump out the product. There is no plastic tube that connects to the pump to the serum where you end up pumping w barely anything coming out. How inconvenient! They don't fill the product all the way either. It's about 60% filled I wonder if it was sent a used product by mistake or just poor quality control on their end. And because it is only 2/3 (60% filled)….
You will resort having to twist open the bottle and manually pack it out.
I reached out to the same Melissa regarding the second issue I was experiencing and all of a sudden she ghosted me. Unbelievable.
While all the other times she responded super fast 💨 from pre ordering like I'm talking about responding within an hour! As soon as she received the the second issuew the serum…
Dead silence.
I emailed a second after hearing no response for a few days, again, silence. No reply back. Unbelievable.
It's one thing when you experience a problem with an order (it can happen) but when the customer service is unusually unhelpful is a whole another problem.
Don't let the few actors they paid that came on endorsing fool you bc they have no idea what's going on in the internal side. This is bad business
One bad customer is probably not a big deal to them that is why they are not responding to me writing the customer off, but it will multiply.

Does anyone else's hair fall out after using? Idk if im over thinking things, but im loosing ALOT more hair after using this product than I ever have before.
Hi! It can take some time for your scalp to adjust when using a new product or ingredient. We recommend you apply the product every other day for around 2 weeks and then gradually build up to everyday use so that your scalp can get used to it. You may experience some fallout or itchiness while your skin adjusts to the formula.
Additionally, all of our products are dermatologist tested and have passed clinical studies to confirm they are safe for sensitive scalps! To put it simply, our best-in-class products have been obsessively tested.
If you feel you are having an allergic reaction to a product or notice continued hair fallout, we recommend you stop using the product right away and consult with your doctor or dermatologist.
I decided to give the product a test…… and oh my gosh! I love it so much! My hair loves this product. It feels fuller MUCH healthier and I've only been using it for just a week or two. And bonus-The 90 day treatment tracker also seems to work as a dry shampoo -my hair easily gets greasy and flat after about three days and I only wash my hair once a week, but because of this product not only does it keep it fresh all week, but it also has given my hair back it's health! I have two toddlers who constantly pull up my hair and there's so much damage. And stress has made my hair fall out quite a bit with all I have going on. This product is saving me!
As for The rapid recovery hair mask ….the first time I used it I followed the instructions and wasn't a huge fan… I have incredibly thin hair, but I have found a way of using it that I love SOOO much and my hair LOVES it. I take a little bit of the product, rub it into the ends of my hair and leave it and my hair has looked so much better every day sense. I have a new hair routine. That's so easy simple and I love it. Takes me five minutes or less every day and I feel fresh and looking good.
My hair has life again!

I have been using this project for a few months, and my hair is growing back! It's about 2 inches long and down the sides over my ears!

I placed an order for the "try before you buy" package. Understood that I would not be charged until I decided to keep it. My account was charged $132+ immediately. You can't call so I emailed, told them I couldn't believe they charged my account immediately, I wanted a refund and do not want the product. I was told that they charge your account to protect against fraud. Who does that? They agreed to refund the amount, which took TEN BUSINESS DAYS. The next week I was charged $165+ for a "subscription" that I signed up for. Did not understand I did that. Again you cannot call, had to email and WAIT. They agreed to suspend subscription and refund in TEN BUSINESS DAYS. The next day I was charged $165+ AGAIN. I am now out $300+ and never tried the product and WILL NEVER try the product. You can VENMO, Zelle, ApplePay where you can call if there are problems. I now have to email and wait again for a resolution. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
