I have made a call to customer services bad experience this is what happens when the call Routed to overseas
I would give you 5 stars but I was met with a situation regarding seat assignments. After attempting to select a seat several times I gave up and emailed your customer service. I found out that I had get a seat assignment through JAL. I went to JAL website and could not navigate it well enough to select a seat. Finally I called JAL and explained my problem and was given seat assignments over the phone. Also, your Customer Service indicated I would receive a refund for the money I spent selecting a seat through your agency.
