I booked a flight and someone from the help desk emailed multiple times asking to add travel insurance. I said no, we would have added this in the first place if we wanted to, and they responded "but this is a one time payment and covers all passengers"? No means no? Now they have moved to spamming my mother with phone calls as she is on vacation-- they called 4 times and sent a message making things seem urgent "This is regarding your booking XYZ"
This company is so unprofessional and such a hassle I genuinely do not know how they have overall high ratings.
I use the Smart Fares for the first time. It was not hard for me.
Great deal overall and less emails and advertisements after the purchase. Definitely would recommend to use in the future for any travel.

I bought my plane ticket on this page, they sent me the confirmation with a code from the page and another from the airline. Confirm on the airline page and there is the reservation. Now they call me from smartfares saying that the price increased and I have to pay more. According to the transport laws it is not like that. And in fact just reviewed and the airline has an even cheaper price than what they are offering me on this page. I will not buy here again nor recommend. THE WORST PAGE EVER.
