I admired the patience that Ajax had to find the flights tickets for Europe from LA. My request was not always easy as there were several conditions that I had concerning the travel way, the companies and of course the price.

I was traveling on very short notice. I got the flight times with reasonable layovers after try 6 ways to Sunday to book these flights myself. I was on the phone with an agent immediately and off the phone with a flight in less than 3 days. The travel consultant was extremely friendly, polite and found exactly what I needed. The entire process was simple, quick, and seamless. This is the 2nd time I've used ASAP and I will definitely call them again.

Vasan was great to work with and very patient when answering all of my questions. My complaint is that he offered me the TCS premium plan for $39.95. When I was booking my flight less than 2 hours later the price was $214. He told me that the price had gone up from when he first sent me the quote. This to me is a bait and switch and I almost canceled my booking. There is a huge difference between $39.95 and $214. Seems a bit sketchy to me.
