I was satisfied by the customer support of Shaadi.com. Their team understood my preferences and family background and helped me find a life partner who was compatible with me. I am glad that I found a partner who is loving, caring and understanding like me.

They are scam. When I raised some concerns and didn't show any interest in their VIP package They blocked my account. They have ingnore my calls and emails. I have paid for 3 months subscription but now unable to access my account. Really disappointing 😞

Extremely worst customer service
Extremely worst customer service. When you raise a ticket they dont even respond. The system is very poorly maintained. Never ever use any of their premium services like "select Shaadi". Its a complete scam. They rob peoples money. I was a paid member and all of a sudden my account got deleted. I have sent all my documents but absolutely no response. I doubt if there is any complaint cell or customer service inspite of me paying for their premium service. Never sign up for any paid service in SHAADI.com

I found my soulmate through Shaadi.com! I knew what I wanted, and Shaadi.com made it easy to find someone who was a good match for me. The app presented highly relevant profiles to my interests, and it was easy to use.

I paid for full service. They asked for personal identification which is an unreasonable request AFTER purchase. No refund. No response. I reported to BBB but they even they didn't get a response back. F these crooks.

Don't use this I think they have children as software devs at this place.

Also, Sitejabber site has a bug it won't load photos. I guess this is why we need more good people in software, people in it now can't handle it at all.

It's a shame that websites go scot free by just putting a disclaimer. Shaadi.com should be sued for the mental, emotional and financial harassment caused to families. I'm disappointed that our cybercrime cell is unable to do much to track such monsters down even after registering a complaint.

Shame on these youngsters who dupe people and are a curse on humanity. For the sake of money they can fall to any extent! Feel sorry for their parents and family members that their kids turned out to be such terrible human beings!

I have taken a paid membership(SH*******) for a period for my son which was expired two weeks ago.
As a member i was entitled to access certain no of phones, unlimited chat and email and all these services i have availed to a certain extent, to my utter disbelief all the facilities which i have availed after duly payment of all charges put on hidden mode from me means i cant view it now though i have already paid.

Doesn't it shows that they are just bunch of thugs whose only motive is to extract money from the innocent gullible customer, who never thought that they have pay every time to access same set of information.

Stringent punitive action has required to be against these people so that they will think twice in future before doing it again.

I've registered free with them as a genuine and valid profile for seeking suitable life partner. All profiles who are sending me interest are fake/trashed who are sending auto-interest through system and sending system-typed messages. 3-4 months passed by this kidding. Now, one day, one of their agent/employee called me and brain-washed me to buy diamond membership (her number: *******814). I've got something like hypnotized by her talking trick and paid buck 2265 Rs blindly trusted for getting genuine interests in future. Believe me from the day of payment to uptil now, Ive did not got the single interest recieved and my 2265 Rs got vanished. I was dumb enough to waste my hard-earned money but now after getting betrayed, I've got wisdom. Its a humble request guys to please not pay your valuable money to such betrayers. Instead of them, please donate your money to some charitable trust so may be your money will help some needy peoples.

They purposely block your profile and "demand" that you to send your PAN card, Aadhar card, Voting Card, Drivers license which they sell to marketing agencies and scammers. After I sent my documents to them, I started receiving tons of these nonsense phone calls and offers from various companies and they all had my personal details. Prior to that, I never received any of these calls. Never, under any condition, provide your personal sensitive documents to these guys. They do not have any privacy policy on how these sensitive documents are stored.

Shaadi.com is by far the biggest Indian Martimonial Site in the world so I understand that not everyone's happy using it. Many customers also means many problems. But let's be fair here: It is one of the best sites you will find! My cousin used Shaadi.com with success. Only difference is that happy customers usually don't leave a review.

Let's face the fact that Shaadi.com is not bad at all. If you weren't lucky you can still use an alternative like IndiraShanta.com. But in my opinion the negative reviews here are not fair.
