I have paid ******* on 10th October 22 for my sons partner search. I got a call from Priya from shaadi.com office Bangalore 9n 3rd october. And she explained me about the process and she promised me that you will get a good bride for my son. Then she said that I will get call from Mumbai office to understand my requirements. Subsequently got a call and told the requirements. They said that you will get every week 4 profiles and if we like any profile then they will arrange a video call to take the discussion forward. They have attached one advisor called Subbireddy. He has not done anything. Then we called customer care. One female attended my call and her name is Foram. She said sorry and changed the advisor by name pravallika. She is worst than Subbireddy. Again same old story and changed the advisor by name Prenkumar. This useless person called us to extend the tenure by paying same amount as our timpe period is ending on 9th February 23. Then I shouted at them one bitvh called sonali attended the call and the time will not extend. The recommended profiles are all fake.The following are the cheaters
Priya, Foram, Sonali, Subbireddy, Mohammed, Pravallika and Premkumar. So my humble request is that nobody should become a prey for this Shaadi.com matrimonial site..

Shaadi. Com is just a fraud website. You can't chat with people of your interests even after you have paid for their premium subscription. Both members have to be premium members to chat or exchange contact info. Shaadi. Com has also increased the prive three folds so now it has become a total and absolute waste of time and money.
