I was notified by Select Home Warranty about my policy update. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Customer service representative were courteous. I hope this company is better than what we've had in the past.

I was on the phone with the agent for about 5 mins and got everything done. He emailed me the info right after we got off the phone. Of course I did a comparison of the top 5 home warranty companies and found this one to be the cheapest with similar coverage.
I havent used them for anything yet so this review could very well change but so far so good.

My questions were answered and I was given information about the plans available. I think i was given The best plan for my situation.

Called a customer service representative for repairing a garage door opener and the rep was very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive in answering any questions I had about the claim. Received an email in a short time summarizing the service call with pending details on a specific time for a technician to service the garage door opener. Great experience so far.

I call customer service. Only two minutes someone pickup and give me a number and wait for email for service. That easy.

I have been very impressed with the outstanding customer service of SelectHomeWarranty. Compared to my prior warranty service, they are so efficient and responsive. I never thought a warranty company could be run so effectively. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a warranty coverage company.

My first claim and filing was easy and the representative was very nice and explained the process so I would know what to expect.

I am happy to have Select Home Warranty. They have been prompt with my calls for service. I wish they wouldve authorized a little more money for the reimbursement of the garbage disposal. I am still happy for the $75 towards a purchase of new disposal.

The rep took his time explaining all coverages under each type. He was not pushy like other sales reps I dealt with. He knew his product and I am very happy with my purchase. Much cheaper than others and they are one of the leaders in home warranties.

I got a great deal, and it comes with roof coverage too! I would recommend getting the platinum plan.

Agents were very friendly and assured me that all my maintenance worries are shifted to Select homes. Wondering is there any Dedicated number for Emergency calls. Please offer a comprehensive maintenance package i, e snow removal, lawn care etc

Great customer service experience had plenty to offers and great prices. If i had the funds i would have went with the multiple offer plans 3 years at same price.

Comparatively the price is lower than competitors and the roof repair option is plus.the rep. Was a nice person and way he explain the things was amazing.
