I have a white top down bottom up blind (the second one sent, first one was wrong color and wrong size & too wide)...
Firstly, there was a piece of sharp plastic jamed through the box. It looks like it did not damage the blind? Though 7" inches of the bottom honeycomb part was jammed inside the bottom metal bar just after I took it out of the bag.

Also the blind ordered 58 1/4" wide, it is now only 58 1/8" wide, that's only 1/8 of an inch less than what I ordered.
It should have been 57 7/8" or 58" inches wide!? NOTE: It just fits and is a bit tight.
I'm going to install it and see how the honeycomb looks.
It was very hard to put three brackets up and have it all meet up level with putting in the new blind which did not work so I had to take out Center bracket and only have two brackets where the handles are and it looks pretty good.
No real complaints. Everything came as I ordered it, and for three of the four windows, they went on relatively easily and look great. For the fourth window, however, I had to jerry-rig things a bit. It is an old house. It was built by hand in 1930 or so, and the window framing was not the same as what you would find in a more recent build. The fourth window had very thin framing around it, so it was not possible to hang the blinds in a way that did not have the jutting out a bit. That's on me, though, I should have checked that before I placed the order.
We were always skeptical about ordering the blinds online had so many doubts about measuring, installation and the quality but the instructions made is so easy to measure and order. Installation was a breeze and the whole look changed.
I ordered some aluminum blinds and cellular for the bedrooms upstairs. They fit perfectly and look great. Custom blinds do add up in cost but I had my windows replaced and wanted everything to look new and they do!
Select Blinds' staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The only thing I wish Select Blinds' did more of would be to offer more recommendations and suggestions. Although the representative was very helpful, if I had some guidance about the product I purchased, I would have altered my measurements. I'm unhappy with my outcome.
We purchased solar blinds for our sun room to help control the temperature better. Because of the dimensions of the extra large windows, they came motorized to raise and lower them. They work great and we love the fabric!
We are so happy with our existing blinds we came back to complete our house with more.
Ordered blinds based on website saying they would ship in 4 to 5 days. After a week I was notified that they had shipped but they sat in a shipping warehouse for a week before they started moving. A week later I got only 1 of the 3 blinds I ordered. I called customer "service" which was just a foreign call center and was told they would check into it. The remainder of the order came 4 days later.
As for the blinds, they are fine.
Overall frustrating experience, which is unfortunate because I need several more blinds for my new house.

As an interior designer. I've been ordering from Select Blinds for years and all of my clients have been very happy. If ever I have an issue, they are quick to fix the problem without extra costs. I highly recommend them and their products!
I ordered exact dimensions of blinds within casement, but one inch was pared off each side. Customer service rep advised, essentially, that I did not read the measuring instructions carefully when placing the order. Blinds are hung with gaps on both sides.

Unbelievably, I managed to under measure my windows and in a moment of poor decision making, opted not to have the measure-safe insurance. And after discovering my mistake, contacted customer service, who was still able to honor the sale price I'd had and with an additional discount. Appreciative for that service, even as a result of my own poor decision making and mis-measuring.
Got the motorized blinds because we have a very big window in our master bedroom and also got the protection plan because I wasn't confident with my measurements. But happy to share that I measured correctly, fits perfectly and I absolutely love it!
It was easy to follow instructions and pick exactly what I wanted. Excellent website. I followed the measuring guidelines and it fit nicely in my window. I like the cordless option. Super easy.
Easy to order online, easy to follow instructions and hang. Ordered through select blinds more than once and never have had a bad experience or a problem.
The only thing that I could have used different is the draw handle as the shade is in the kitchen window and I have to reach across the sink counter and it's a bit out of reach at the open position to reach it when the shade is up so a bit longer handle for my situation.
The products are great--however, the installation was a major nightmare! The paper instructions were super unclear. The company should have an installation video on their site for the sideways cellular shades on a patio door. We found something on youtube that helped, but it was still frustrating because it wasn't even the same brand. Thank God my husband was patient and determined to figure it out, otherwise we would have sent them back. Now that the blind is up, it is gorgeous AND functional--helping keep out the cold. It was just a bear to figure out the installation.

I only recommend that measurements done do not need 2 added inches on each measurement. My Blind was perfect before I added the 2 extra inches to width. I still made it work but my original measurement was perfect. SS
This order was a replacement blind for one that failed. I purchased 10 blinds in 2020. Since then, four have failed (the top-down bottom-up cords have torn). The website has been useless! My original order did not show up when I tried to file a claim. I had to call Select Blinds to file the warranty claim for the first three that failed. Since I could not find my previous orders on the website, I simply ordered a new blind when this last one failed. All blinds arrived well packaged and fit well. The installation was easy.

The free samples allowed us to find the perfect color. The shades fit perfectly and work well. The double cell shades help with temperature and allow us to buy a bit more time before we have to replace the windows
I have purchased approximately 25 different blinds for large sliding glass doors (6 feet) to very small window. This time I ordered an electric shade. I was not sure about my order so I called Select Blind
Support and found the employee very knowledgeable and helpful and completed my order. The order was process timely and arrive in a very short time. The product was just as I ordered and works perfectly. Thank you.
We purchased these for our babies room and while I think the material was great, they are not full blackout curtains. We got exact measurements and yet SO much light still came through the top… We basically wasted $70 and had to buy different ones from another seller. I would not recommend for blackout curtains.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
