It was a very wonderful and simple experience. I appreciate the lag time between when the order is placed and when work starts. This afforded me the opportunity to revise my measurements and that revision was critical in the final product received. Our windows are 70x72 and we choose the Roman Shades and no-tool headrails. Sure to the weight of the shades, 9kbs. 2 learned the headrails would not work. It took some time, but they remade the shades and have us a refund since we could not use the no-tool headrails. We were all very patient with one another and in the end they had a happy customer.
The blind sent to us was high quality and beautiful, however do not order this if you are looking for blackout blinds. The fabric curtain portion hangs from the end of the top rail, which is 4" wide, so you end up with a 4" gap on the sides that let a lot of light in.
Exactly as expected. Nice blinds. Only tricky bit was turning wood screws into the hardwood frame.

The process was smooth and design coordinator was very helpful. The end result is that we love the blinds and will be making another order for window treatments for other rooms. I love that you can choose as many samples as you like in order to get the right color and texture for your room.

Ordered samples of material for roman shades, then ordered online for my kitchen. Super easy to order and very satisfied with quality. They look great and installation was a breeze! Would highly recommend to anyone.
I've gotten at least 4 blinds remade from them and they still consistently mess up the height. I have two blinds that need to be made. They were longer at first and I decided to measure the proper height. I get the proper height and it is exact. I make another order and they send it 5 inches too long than what I stated. My window from top to bottom is 39 inches. The entire window blind is 44 inches and literally hangs off the sill. I told them I want another set, they tell me to make it 5 inches shorter so I did. I get the new set and it is now too short. The new height is 36 inches and theres a horrible 3 inch gap on the bottom. These people basically just pull out a random height and make the blinds that height. They have absolutely no clue how to measure and cut these blinds wrong because everytime I got a new set it was completely off from what I wanted. One was 5 inches longer the other 3 inches shorter. I specifically followed their instructions to measure. On the box it literally says the wrong height measurement, width is fine. I have never had such bad products in my life and I will never buy from them again. They can't measure at all, their cordless blinds without the wand is terrible and when you ask them for a measurement they completely lie to you and give you blinds that aren't even right. Its ridiculous. I have blinds from Blinds.com and they are exact and made perfectly. I only had to buy from these as I had the mounts up already, but I will always buy from Blinds.com from now on. Please learn to make these blinds right.
