We were needing a way to block direct sun into a certain part of the clinic with 11 very large windows. One of our other clinics in the state and we were advised to use Select Blinds for our project. Customer service was outstanding in making sure we measured our windows correct and chose the correct size. Once ordered, our solars were quickly made and shipped out. We were sent installation instructions and the install was easily executed. Would highly recommend Select Blinds for your blind or solar needs

I purchased the motorized blinds for my sliding glass doors. They used to come with a power cord to keep them charged. The new ones are different only 1 cord for 4 blinds. I also read that the battery will hold a charge for a couple months. Which won't work for a seasonal home. I called and asked if the blinds I purchased can be converted to then tension rollers and they told me I would have to repurchase them. Not sure why they can't take the motorized blinds and convert them. Not happy...
Ordering was easy. First blind arrived inoperable, it was replaced with a new functioning blind quickly. Remainder of order arrived with no issues or problems. Installation was simple - I did it myself with no help.

After having a billing glitch remove a discount from my order, I received an email from SelectBlinds' customer service. They proactively credited the amount that removed and gave me a direct line to call if I had any questions or concerns - all within 48 hours of placing the order!

I only needed 1 blind for a kitchen window. The dimensions required a custom shade. I heard ads for SelectBlinds on the radio so I visited the site. I am thrilled with the beautiful woven wood shade I chose. It fits perfectly and looks so good.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
