Beautiful shades

We are so pleased with our new Roman shades. We trusted the instructions and followed the prompts and our blinds turned out perfect. It was helpful that we took the time to order several samples because it clarified which fabric color would be the best. We have had the blinds for a month now and they were easy to install and have worked flawlessly every day. We are very pleased!

Motor doesnt work right

Oh my blinds look beautiful. The motor does not work well and they emailed customer service and have not received a response in a couple of days. So now, my blinds are up and when I hit the open button for one blind, it goes up while the other one comes down.

Not happy

I was asked for exact measurements but my blinds received do not cover the whole window with privacy. I asked for 3 extra panes and they came in the box but not on the blind. Not happy.

Skylight shades

Retraction cords on sides of blinds very sloppily packed resulting in breakage of one in trying to get blind closed. Blinds themselves very nice, but cords with knotted rubber bands not so good!

We love these shades. The color is beautiful especially with light gently behind. We got the lined but not room darkening. We are very happy with the amount of light coming through. I have never had motion shades and these are fantastic. They work beautifully.

Happy with quality.

Only issue was delay in shipping with no updates. Also, did not find instructions until we opened last shade. This caused confusion in hanging them, but called and got assistance from customer service.
