I like the many choices Select Blinds offers. Quality and price are great. I like that I can independently browse all the different choices online. Webpage is easy to navigate, everything is very well explained (for example how to measure). This makes it a transparent deal, nothing is a surprise. They communicated well at what stage the order is. Delivery was very fast. As far as I remember the whole process took less than ten days from order to delivery. Blinds were thoroughly packaged but not overdone with material. I appreciate the latter as well. I installed the blinds in a few hours taking my time. Not difficult mostly.

When I received the blind it was the wrong size-- because I had reported an incorrect measurement. They replaced it with another at a very reasonable price.

It was easy to get the right size and lots of color choices

Once you get accurate measurements, the online order was super easy. The blinds arrived & my husband installed them easily. I ordered one blackout shade for better TV viewing & it made a dramatic change. I ordered a beautiful William Morris shade for the bathroom. I wish I had gotten the blackout instead of light filtering because the sun fades the colors during the day. Otherwise, I love them both. Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered blinds for 10 windows. I called and the customer service rep was able to find me additional discounts and extended warranty. They arrived early, in perfect condition, and were easy to install. I made one mistake in measuring, and for $10, the company made me a new one. Very happy with every part of the process.
