Locking lift system not adequately explained. Needed to open blinds from either side and unable to do so. So my order is unusable.

Easy to order. Quick arrival. Exactly what we needed.
I had ordered a blind 43" long. When I received it and attempted to install it was too short, only 37" in length. I contacted customer service and Jasmine followed up asking for pictures with a tape measure which I sent. The day I sent the pictures, she put in a replacement order. The whole process was very easy including the sizing error, which was promptly corrected. I am very satisfied with the product and service and will be ordering again.
We are very happy with our motorized cellulars shades. They are easy to install and runs very smoothly.
I have bought multiple blinds from SelectBlinds and absolution them. The website makes it so easy to make sure you are getting the right size and they come so quickly.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
