Payment was still taken from my account 2 days after I cancelled my subscription.
Ordered a product of decals. Never received them won't give a refund. We'll deal with Paypall now
I got friendly answers within few hours, and my problem was solved to my full datisfaction.
This cancelation was not necessary because it was only a way to raise the price with 21% VAT.
With a simple question on an email the problem could have been solved in a more friendly way. (Price was before 99,95 and now plus VAT 21%)

Despite running into an initial problem with the refund portal Segway ensured my problem was resolved which was refreshing as I normally have problems with refunds and am always left unsatisfied with other companies! Very good service, quick and easy and a clear value for customer support.

No one will actually answer me or tell me what's going on. I was told to verify my identity and send over the proper information and was then just sent emails asking how the customer service was. I was never given and answer for the issue and when i went to try to continue where I left off with my purchase the same issue keeps happening.
