Did not resolve my issue and was rude and disrespectful to me the entire time. I will be posting on my social media accounts strongly discouraging anyone from ever using this service. It's a scam. They said the basic bundle was free, that was a lie, they've been silently charging my bank $5.54 a month for the last 10 months, for something they promised was FREE OF COST so I disputed the charges with my bank and canceled my account with these scammers. Please do not fall for their blatant lies.

I dont understand why they have asked me to write them a review after i just said how i dissatisfied i was with the service, but this shows how stupid the company is. They sent me an email containing my password in plan text so they have access to all customer passwords. When i notified them, they cancelled my account. This is a huge red flag. Avoid

I didn't have the information required, therefore could not complete the survey and the website continued to try take money off me, I don't want to be a part of the subscription anymore but I have no way of cancelling it
I reached out and said I needed a refund and explained what happened with my account. No one got back to me or refunded me however I received this link saying we hope we served you well. No, you didn't serve me at all!
The experience was unfortunately very bad. I received an answer, however, the answer did not tackle my issue appropriately. I had a specific problem, namely my subscription was billed before due date. Than after my contact the subscription was cancelled and I had no longer access to the account.
My concern was to get a refund for the payment (30$) that was billed unjustifiably. The service I got is a cancelled subscription with a charged fee nonetheless.
They did as promised. Cancelling was easy. You can try sites without being worried about the cancelling process.
