Unfortunately I did not notice that Segway was a different company to charge me for refilling my account balance on the website I frequent and have a reoccurring charge with Epoch. Companies are always changing names and merging and it wasn't until I got thr second charge for the same site I realized you were the wrong pay portal. It is with most sites now you have to watch closely or your paying or being directed to a wrong site. Thank you for letting me know this was just a one time charge and not automatic reoccurring.
It takes time and my bank locks up but it's reliable and seems secure.
I think a payment service like yours should ensure that credit card companies are willing to trade with you.

There were transactions made from my card to Segway on September 21st and 27th then October 3rd and 7th I did not approve of. Someone hacked my account and used a dirty site and I need refunded still thank you. It was quite a bit of money as well!
Terrible service, they did not respond to my request, they closed my case without a solution. I requested a charge reversal.
