To get the purchase ID I required to make adjustment to my financial info I asked how the vendor would appear in my purchase confirmation email. The agent denied comment without a purchase ID, he asked me for one even after I clearly stated that was what I was looking for. It was a general question and the vendor site redirects you to this site for customer service. I realize you deal with more than one vendor but I asked a simple question that did not compromise any security info. I should not have been redirected after already having been redirected to your site. I cancelled my account with the vendor because I do not trust your company and did not have a good customer service experience. I'd rather not deal with you at all.
The response I received was, the problem existed with the bank refused to let the payment go through. When I contact the bank they say everything is fine. The problem may lie in the fact that a gift card can't be used on this particular site when the payment originates in the US. The site may accept a credit card but not a gift-card?
Every time I use Segpay I always get a good service. I'm very happy with it.

Called as my subscription appeared to not be active. Called to cancell and the lady was rude and I dont think she even processed my cancelation. Called again and the new lady cancelled my subscription. Shouldnt have had to call twice
They ran through a charge for an additional service I did not want without my consent and then refused to issue a refund. Be careful to uncheck any hidden checkboxes and read the fine print because this company engages in shady business practices.
Don't listen to the reviews. Its people forgetting to cancel there subscriptions. Trust me there good and there not a scam as when I have asked to cancel it. They did and have excellent support.

My husband died on 9/9/20 and on 9/11/20 the charges started and ended on 9/14/20. The total amount deducted out of his Social Security account ---> $3,085.35. There was only one purchased item for $688.01 and it was returned. I called & filed a complaint with their C/S Dept & have since sent subsequent emails to no avail. With each response they respond with something like 'due to the high dollar amount this matter was kicked upstairs to upper management. Upper management has referred this matter to their Web Master to make the determination.' This is a case of outright fraud; stealing from a dead man. Considering these were federal funds I am planning on filing another complaint... this time with the Federal Trade Commission who will do the dirty work for me. I am surprised more people who write negative reviews here haven't already filed with the FTC
Couldn't complete transaction using segpay, after writing an email to them, they replied me accusing me of fraud and blocked my credit card and email. Now they want me to send a scan of my credit card and ID. It would be fine if only i did something wrong...
An Adult site named fetishnetwork.com, it was stated you could use trial and cancel whenever you want in the first month and you don't get charged.

I was charged & it came out of my checking account about $39.95 or perhaps a little more for making a payment to PayPal. I had no idea what Segpay was & disputed the charge. I called Segpay & got a customer service rep that could barely speak English & so I couldn't understand him. I gave the phone to my husband who was also unable to understand him. I then filed the complaint with PayPal who denied my claim. I followed PayPal's next suggestion & wrote into them explaining what happened. It's been nearly a week & I have yet to hear back. Segpay refuses to refund my money & I have no idea why they charged me. I don't want to use them. Now how do I cancel & how did I get them?
This is the worst online billing company. I joined one site adult site and got charged for two, I requested a refund on the second site and they refunded the amount and then without notice banned me from ever using their company again. I tried to explain what happened and they dod not care. I hope noone uses this comnay and justice is served and they loose all their customers.
After posting my review, the supplier (not Segpay) replied to me and refunded my last payment. No further payments have been taken.
I have tried several times to cancel my subscription but every time they say to check my email to confirm cancellation. There is never an email there. Not in my spam, not anywhere. I cannot cancel and they keep taking money from my credit card weekly.
