It was very difficult for a while, because my credit card kept getting declined and I didn't understand why. I was transferred to many different agents but still couldn't get a satisfactory explanation. Finally the mystery was solved and I was able to make my transactions.
I was emailed that I would receive a refund for the membership since there were technical difficulties with the website. I did not receive my refund yet.
I hate customer service that takes up too much of my time. I want it fast and fuss free. What will you pay me for the time I have spent trying to correct something that I have tried to correct over and over again?
My experience with the live service agent was so unsatisfactory i could not believe what was being told to me but later on after the rating i gave her the company was immediately aware of the situation. Especially one that expects nothing but quality service of their emplyees and segpay administration was over the line on top of it! I would continue uaing them for future purchases. Thank you.

Smooth and almost got scammed for alot of tiny bank withdrawals but it was caught by Segpay partnered up with my bank CIBC to put a stop to it and the fraud department from CIBC bank took it from there
