The website (Naughty America) I paid to use for the minimum trial period (3 days) wouldn't let me see anything unless I paid the full $29,95! That's why I canceled the stupid service!

Had an issue with being charged extra. It got refunded the same day. Quick response and quickly was resolved. That resolution messed up a monthly payment I had paid previously and deactivated my service... once contacted, that got resolved quickly as well. Thanks for quick and easy communication and quickly resolving my issues.

Because my credit card expired and was issued a new one. Same number new date. You cancel my membership without notice. That's not very nice or very customer service centric. You may want to rethink what good customer service actually is!
I know little about SegPay. There has never been account abuse. My requests for cancelation of substandard subscriptions have been honored in accordance with contracts. I've never had a voice contact with a human being. This is different with some of the billing entities such as CC Bill where agents actually talk with customers. That means a lot. The cancellation with SegPay was honored at my request because a website rarely updates.

Terrible customer service. Still waiting for all my refunds that you all charged to my card that I did not approve and that I was just looking at the information about the free 3 day trial. I hit the xx to escape I didn't like the guidelines. And you all charged my card first 96.00. Without my approval. Than there was three other charges from gaytryst and bromodates. Please issue refunds for all fees that you charged with illegally without my permission. Asap and remove my card info from your system and do not auto collect any further payments. All I wanted was the free trial, and was charged.
