I wanted to cancel a subscription I had for close to a year or so, contacted Segpay Customer Service and submitted, what I thought was the necessary information. Segpay replied promptly and my cancellation was complete, short and sweet. They acted in a very courteous and professional manner.

You charged my visa credit card and never upgraded my subscription. I then told you all just credit my credit card ending in 4755. I will give you another day and then I will call and file a complaint with Manhunt. Here is where it was taken off of my charge card. MHNEXT LLC *******999 MA US $36.00
I requested that my auto-renewal on Manhunt be cancelled at the end of the current period, which I believe is at the end of April. In return, I received a notice that my subscription to Adam4Adam was being cancelled. This is totally backwards. I do not want to cancel my Adam4Adam membership! I want to keep Adam and let Manhunt expire. It was never clear to me that Segpay got this straight. I still don't know. Please advise.

Excellent content but no way of downloading preferable Video scene.
Account blocked just by mistakes in entry. Endless calls with no responsible person to speak to. Polite service but powerless response. Endless tickets issued. Worst experience ever in my life. Ghastly accountability. Multi million dollar transnational with shocking service to customers.
I requested a refund in February and I still do not have my funds in my bank account.
I got a response to a cancelation request that contained my username and password in open text. It happened again when I had to confirm my cancellation. I understand this is a pretty low stakes password but if they don't care enough to obfuscate a password how safe are my billing details? It does not inspire confidence.

I submitted payment for pay for service for 1-year and waited a few days to cancel the recurring payment, but Segpay cancelled my entire subscription. I tried to explain to them several times what happen, but they ended up not allowing me to ever by a subscription and consider if Fraud. If they took the time to look at the history that I have had with the subscription they would have seen I held the subscription for many years and always paid for it. I also emailed a copy of my passport, credit card used, and a copy of my drivers l license to prove I am legit. I do not have time for Fraud games nor do I want to go to jail for $99.00 dollars... that is crazy.
To be honest staff very friendly and I have very quick responses every time I send email or get in touch and definitely appreciate it. Thanks very much again
