I ordered scrubs from this site and they took an address off my payment account without giving me any opportunity to verify it. 3 minutes after receiving the order confirmation I contacted them to inform them this was the wrong address. They responded to me 17 hours later and told me the best they could do was cancel the order. I asked them to do so. They then did not respond for another 15 hours during which time I called and asked a representative to cancel the order. They did not. They then responded to my previous email after 15 hours telling me it was too late to cancel and I would have to pick the package up at the address listed that I no longer live at (multiple states away). So if you have any issues with your order they will not help you at all and will take 12+ hours to respond to your requests. It's not worth it when there are other great sites to go to.
I did not have the experience of the previous reviewer. This was my first time using Scrubs and Beyond and I was very satisfied. I found the scrub tops I normally wear at a very reasonable price, ordered them without difficulty, and they arrived on time and were just what I ordered. I had a bad experience with another company and plan to use S&B in the future.

I received a gift card for Christmas. Ordered some scrubs online. They didn't fit when they came. I returned them to the local store. They put the money back on the gift card which I told them I no longer had and they said. Sorry this is our procedure. I called the main number and they were very courteous and apologized and said I would receive a new gift card in my email in 24-48 hours. It is now a week and a half later. I have called 5 times now and am told the same thing every time. Oh. It's coming… I will never order from this company or buy in their store again. I mean…. How hard is it to reissue a gift card or refund the customer!
Went to the Waterfront location for embroidery with previously purchased scrubs from the online site and an employee with the name tag "Catherine" gave me a hard time for purchasing my scrubs from a 3rd party when the scrubs were purchased online since the store did not carry my sizes the past 3 times I was in store. I am offended and would like to make it aware that this employee (who was not even the one helping me) was unnecessarily rude.

I ordered several items from Scrubs and Beyond, one of the tops I received had a stain on it. I called customer service to receive an exchange, the rep said they would send me a return label to email for the exchange, I never received it. I also did not receive a jacket that I ordered. When you call customer service it goes to a call center in another country, you don't deal with the actual company. The customer service is awful, I will never order from Scrubs and Beyond again, and will tell my friends to not order from them.

I ordered scrubs at this website, no problem at all. However, the packaging and shipping are terrible. After receiving the package for the first time, I was missing two pairs of pants. Contact the company, the 2nd package sent out with only one pant. Contacted company again and until today I still have not received an email to confirm the shipping for the remaining pant yet. Takes up a lot of my time.
Just called the 5th time about the missing items. Many people that I talked before said they will send the email for confirmation and tracking number but never received it. Talk to Alex today and get the email. The 1st day placed order is 7/10 and the expected day received the last items is 7/31. No words to say!
I ordered 4 items in May of 2020. It is mid August and I still am waiting on one item that was backordered. I've never had problems like this before. Always received my orders promptly. Chat people have been nice, it's not their doing but internal workings of this company need some serious work. If a person pays up front, there should be communication about the delay, a discount for the lengthy time to receive... something for the customer. If I hadn't pursed this, I still would have not heard anything about my order. I have had no emails regarding WHY this is delayed. I will not be ordering from S&B again. There are other sites that are more responsible.

This company provided the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been dismissed by numerous customer service reps. They sell scrubs to healthcare workers and you would think given the pandemic they would do anything they could to support their customers. I am disgusted in this company. Do not support them as they do not support their health care professionals.

Purchased 2 tops and 2 pants. The tops were too big. Sent them back (and you have to pay for the return!) then one of the tops was sent back to me without explanation! Per the return policy, unwashed and unworn items with original tags on are acceptable. I was told that there were stain on the sleeve and the neck. I literally took it out of the package, tried it on, and sent it back. Now I have to send pictures and probably print a label, take it to the post office and return it AGAIN! The reason I order online is because I have a very busy life! I don't have time for all of this running around! After this year…this is the way we treat our healthcare heroes! NEVER have I had such a hassle returning an item! This was my first and last time ordering and I will spread the word about this company!
Ordered 3 items and never received them said they were shipped fed ex and received a email saying they were delivered to my door I contacted scrubs and beyond to verify my address 1 number was off they were delivered to an address that doesn't exist and scrubs and beyond refuses to help me locate the package said it wasn't their fault there was nothing they could do fed ex said all they had to do was contact them and give them the account number to have the package returned over a 100.00 gone and no package

I received the scrub top. Tried it on and it was a little too snug for me. I lose clothes. I sent it back and haven't heard a thing so I emailed them yesterday. Their reply was that they are sending the item back because it had dog hair on it and the tags had been cutting off. #1 Dog hair can be removed. If you own it dog you're going to have dog hair. It wasn't covered in it butter there might have been a hair or two. #2 I did cut off the tags to try it on but I sent the tags along with the top. They could very easily put them back on. Very lame customer service. I like UA uniforms. They're nicer and less expensive AND THEY ARE NICER.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online order. I placed an order on November 14 which had been pending until I called customer service on the 22nd to inquire about the order. I was put on hold and eventually disconnected on, which I was later told was an "accident." I had to call back and got their outsourced customer service, it was difficult to communicate at that point, but I did manage to understand that my order was being routed to another warehouse, but HAD NOT BEEN DONE until that day when I called. The outsourced customer service did nothing but repeat the standard apology scripts and stated it was "impossible" to expedite my order. I had to beg to speak to a rep in the US, who told me they would try to expedite my order but could not guarantee it. (Again I was told this was "impossible" by their overseas agents). To this day I have only received half my order, which my daughter needs to wear to work, and a second call to inquire only routes me to the overseas call center, who cannot give me any definite information as to whether I will receive the pants, without which the scrub tops are useless. I will be sharing this horrible first experience with this company on all my socials, since medical personnel who need these items to wear at their place of work deserve better service.
Very simple and straightforward. Enjoyed free shipping however my first order went smoother than my second. Apparently with my second order they couldn't read the shipping label so it got delayed a day and the packaging was torn up. I don't know that was Scrubs and Beyonds fault but..

My wife ordered several sets of scrubs for a new job she was starting in a month. When she hadn't received the order just before starting, she contacted the company and the Representative could not give an answer for the delay and stated they would look into it and get back to her. We still haven't been notified about the reason almost 2 months after the order.
Since she would need more scrubs, my wife ordered the same scrubs as before ( new job colors) and received THAT order within a week. Scrubs and Beyond only today notified us that the order is now being delivered.
To say this is terrible Customer Service is mild. When contacted about it today, the Rep tried to say the scrubs were back ordered; despite ordering the same thing 2 weeks lares AND taking delivery. Also, there was NO notification of back order during the online order or when we contacted the company. So, to me, the back order seems an excuse to me.
My wife recently went to this store and all their systems were down.The employees were reluctant to give her the great customer service that she required. Due to the lackluster service she had she walked out with the wrong size. Due to the poor customer service and cheap online services we will no longer be supporting this company and their product

I took a day off work to drive two hours to a scrub and beyond store. They didn't have the scrubs that I wanted in my size, so they said they would order them and ship them to me. I paid almost $400 upfront. They said I would receive them in less than two weeks. After almost 3 weeks of not receiving them, I contacted the store, and they said they would look into it and call me back. They didn't call me back, so I called them. They told me that as soon as the person that I talked to got to the store, he would call me. He never returned my call. On the third attempt, I got in touch with the assistant manager and she wanted to know which pant I ordered. I told her that I hadn't received any of my order. After a long discussion, she said, let me look in the store and see if we have them on the rack. She came back and said that they had them on a clearance rack and I could come get them. I live a long ways away, but I told her I would drive there the next day to get them. I'm hoping when I get there they will be the correct scrubs. I don't think I will ever do business with them again. They didn't offer any compensation for all of the stress and money they put me through. They didn't offer to give me a discount even though I had paid full price.

I have ordered 3 different times. The very first order nothing wrong. It came fast no problems. 2nd and 3rd order? I'm getting extra tops and pants the same that I didn't order. I called Customer Service? They can't stop an order, they can't cancel the order, and they can't fix mistake of multiple pants. So why have Customer Service. They were pleasant but they can't help you! Waste of time.

I was so disappointed. I ordered a smalk cause at 115 pounds i am usually small to medium. It was so tight that I couldnt get it on. I loved the pattern so i ordered a medium. So it seemed okay but when i stRted working ir was so restrictive i could not reach for things. U cant return when worn and i lost all shopping costs on the first shirt. I spent 50 dollats trying to find one top. Be careful these run so small to size and sewen funny where you cant lift your arms forward. They are short in back as well.
