Bought 3 pants and 3 tops, paid for express shipping. It's been more than a week and only received 1 pair of pants. Messaged support about this issue and looks like the rest of my order hasn't even been processed so no shipment has been placed. From reading other reviews, I'm not sure when I'll get my shipment. They should stick to buy in store only if they can't even manage a simple shopping website.
Horrible customer care Have ordered from them for several years attempted to email but their email contact not working! Customer service rude and when asked to speak to a supervisor the girl hung up on me! While they have the order labeled as complete fed x says it has not been sent out! Won't be dealing with them again their customer service has seriously gone down hill

I purchased one pair of pants. Total of order was $22. When I returned them due to wrong size, they kept so much $$! My return money was only half of what I paid! Ridiculous! Never again will I purchase from this company. "Hassle free returns" - right
I ordered 4 women's scrub tops and paid via PayPal. I reviewed 3 out of 4 scrub tops. It showed quantity (4) at the bottom and the correct amount for the 4 items on my packing slip but only 3 items were on the packing slip. I sent customer service numerous emails trying to figure out where my 4th item was and never heard back. Will not be ordering from this website again.

I've ordered from this site before and never had issues up until this summer. I've gotten 2 batches of orders from them and with both orders they quickly send one item while the remaining items are in limbo. Despite all of the items showing as being "In Stock" when you order them. I think they are lying about items being in stock and I believe most of the items they show on the website are actually backordered, hence the delay.
Will never order from here again.
I recently ordered from this company. After the fact- the day after- read the reviews and out of concern for what I needed- chanced calling Customer Service and was kindly greeted. Explained that after I read the complaints about shipping and things being in stock, the delays. The representative understood my concerns. I know that sometimes people just complain, are never pleased, but the consistency was a real concern. The rep took the time to confirm that what I needed was in stock and that I would receive an email when it was shipped. Later that same day (the day after order was placed) I received that email, and 2 days later it was delivered. While it's obvious that there was time when there was an issue with fulfillment at some point for a while- or frustration with communication and poor quality customer service; it was not what I experienced, and I will be ordering again. Should you be discouraged by the reviews beforehand, call customer service and ask if things are in stock or answer questions you might have. I definitely love the variety of what they offer.

I ordered 2 sets of scrubs. I needed to exchange the pants for a different size. I called to receive a slip and asked for approximate time it would be for an exchange. They stated 2 weeks (returning and receiving the new size scrubs). It has not moved from out of my state for over 10 days. When calling to follow up they said it would be approximately 2 weeks to ship to returns and then 2 weeks to receive new sizes. If I had known prior to ordering I would have either returned everything or not even shop from them at all. No one can give me straight answers. Save your time and money. It's especially frustrating because these are not leisure clothing. I need them for work.
Do not order from this store! I ordered from them because they seemed to have a large selection of scrubs and because the site said free returns. First it took over 2 weeks to get my order. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me but that seemed too long. And when I looked at the tracking it showed that my order arrived in Memphis and was shipped fro there to Missouri and back to Memphis where it stayed for over a week. I contacted them about this and their excuse was the Hurricane. I love in Nashville. Lol. Well then nothing in my order fit so I decided to return all of the items. That is when I discover that they do charge a return shipping fee. So they are very misleading. But I did return my order promptly and it has been over 2 weeks with no refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. So much trouble for nothing!

I ordered two pairs of scrubs that have not been delivered in over two months. I keep contacting them and I have got little to no a response. My order was over $100 and the professionalism of this company is an absolute joke. Absolutely will not be ordering ever again

Came back to return the item with with original receipt and tags on and the manager accused me of returning the worn item. When I asked her how would I wear it with tags on she said it is looks worn. Wow. No words. Will never shop there again. Used to buy my scrubs there for years.
Sales people were friendly saying hi, finding everything ok? When asked a question it seemed I was getting on her nerves. In fitting room I was asked how's it going? I asked for XL shirt of specific brand and never received. Lack of kindness and sales help in Westland walked straight out of store to shop someplace else. Online

I placed an order of almost $140 in merchandise and it was sent to the wrong address. I called SEVERAL times before delivery to get the address changed because fedex told me that the shipper would have to change the address. Once again I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Now they don't want to issue me a refund or reship even though I never received the scrubs! I will never spend another penny with this company again!
Items received were not what were promised on website. Returned all items using their label. Package was "lost" in Missouri sometime in transit. = NO REFUND. Will NEVER ORDER or recommend to anyone. They're a bad joke. Better Business Bureau gives them 1 star. They must be proud.

Scrubs & Beyond was a nightmare to deal with. A simple return (scrubs were too big) with the original packing slip, tags on garments and garments in their original packing bag took EIGHT WEEKS to process. During the eight weeks between May and July I had to send multiple emails to customer service and make three phone calls to inquire about the status of my refund & when it would be processed, after seeing the tracking number on the return indicating that the items had been received by Scrubs & Beyond, but my credit card had not been credited! It was a super frustrating process to get my money back. I'm used to "easy" online shopping where returns are processed in a timely fashion, not after two months. If you enjoy wasting your time, being frustrated and paying shipping fees to return things, go ahead and buy something from Scrubs & Beyond. I'll shop almost anywhere else at this point.

I ordered back in April a number of scrub pants. Estimated shipping was 2 weeks with the international provider GlobalShopex. It is now the end of May and I have been refunded by paypal as the items never delivered. Contacting both Scrubs and Beyond and GlobalShopex has been a nightmare. Emails left unanswered, minimal shipping updates. Totally infuriating. Order your scrubs from literally anywhere else. This company is an absolute joke.
No way to redirect package once shipped through scrubs and beyond. Can not understand people on customer service call. While trying to explain situtaion, was over talked several times. I finally had to ask for the manager to to stop talking amd let me finish my sentence. No number provided and no tracking number provided in email specifying shipment has been shipped. This is not my first bad experience with customer service but I will say it will be my last time ordering from scrubs and beyond. You have lost my support indefinitely
I ordered a medium jacket and paid almost $60 for it. Couldn't even get it on. All my other coats that are mediums fit great and even a little big. They refuse to return due to embroidery. I understand that can't be resold but they should let everyone know these fit too small! Very very poor. Don't buy from them

Just got of the phone with Charles at 2:45 PM on 8/27/2022. The issue regarding order #P*******680, is that I placed an order with two business day shipping and have an expected delivery date 5 days later. This is not what I wanted to pay $25 for shipping for. 4 days at the most but preferably 3. Charles told me that, that isn't his companies policy and I explained to him that when you click on the shipping button there is no posted company policy. It just says 2 business day shipping lol.
Then there was silence... which I then broke and said "so there is nothing you can do for me". Charles replied "nope". I then said "that is terrible company policy and customer service", again silence. So I just said "it was wonderful to meet you Charles, enjoy the rest of your weekend".
If you're going to charge $25 for two day shipping, 5 days is not expectable IMHO. Hopefully at least Charles learned something about being polite to customers from our conversation.
Not going into a long story, but basically I ordered two tops and two pants, which I needed within two weeks. Both showed in stock and a delivery time of 4-6 business days. They charged my account. Three hours later I received a notice that the tops were on back order. Tried to cancel the whole order and was informed that I could only cancel the ones on back order. Said I would have had to cancel within one hour, even though they didn't notify me u til three hours later. Scam artists. Received the pants today and was going to send them right back, but after reading the comments and BBB, I cannot afford to wait 8+ weeks for a refund. Worst customer service ever. Worst policies ever. Will never order again, and will warn all other nurses.
