PISSED AND BEYOND! THE NON STOP RUN AROUND!

I placed an order for a set that was not delivered. After checking my cameras I co taster customer service. I was told " Sometimes it's marked delivered yet never was SO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS AND CALL US BACK".
I then wait a few days and send an email. AGAIN i am told " Wait a few more days and call us back" So AGAIN I WAIT! I just called AGAIN AND FOR A 3rd TIME I WAS TOLD TO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS AND IT HAD TO BE 6 days from the given delivery date. So the order is. It delivered and you want me to wait another 6 days after you seem to think it should have been delivered because it's ALL AT THE FAULT OF FED-EX according to this company. They said fed-ex has a bad habit of marking something delivered DAYS BEFORE ITS DELIVERED. I FIND THAT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE as well as putting the fault on to another company while again making me continue to call back!
I am now ANNOYED AND BEYOND!
This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen! I have invested thousands of dollars into scrubs from this company to be told 4 TIMES NOW to call back. The next call being the 4th call! EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE! I asked for a supervisor and I am told there is no supervisor to speak with. REALLY?!
Well HERE WE ARE WITH A NEGATIVE REVIEWER AND BEST BET I WILL LEAVE ONE DAILY UNTIL THIS SITUATION IS MADE RIGHT! There is ZERO EXCUSE FOR THIS TYPE OF GAME! This is what has happen to these companies. They allow t this type of treatment to the very people who keep their doors open!
I offered to send play back of my camera footage on the day of supposed delivery only to get another PLEASE WAIT AGAIN AND CALL BACK!
This is the most horrible customer service and again, I will be leaving feedback every day until this is MADE RIGHT!

Tip for consumers:

DO NOT EXPECT THESE PEOPLE TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THEN TELL YOU TO CALL BACK EVERY 2 days and refuse to put a supervisor on the phone! My order is missing and all I am told is call back in 2 days. call back again in 2 more days.. oh call back on Monday!
oh iI see your order but you have to wait a few more days and no you can’t talk to a supervisor !
I am beginning to think they have scammed my card and refusing to ship the order by the actions they are taking!

I ALREADY WROTE A REVIEW ON THE RUN AROUND AND THE FACT OF BEING TOLD TO CALL BACK 5 times for an order that was never delivered! still no order but please wait!

Awful Customer Service

First of all, they are overpriced. Better deals are available for the same brands elsewhere.

However, I ordered a pair of scrub pants on line from them only because they were on sale 50% off in October, and received them sometime around November 3rd.
They were too big, so I returned them following the company's directions, using their return envelope and labels with tracking number, and filled out the form for an exchange for a different pair of scrub pants which were more expensive and required a credit card number, per the company's return form.

I mailed the return package off sometime between November 4th and 6th.

First, the tracking number said the company received my package on Nov. 24th.

By December 7th, I did not receive any notice that my exchange was being processed, I sent Customer service an email asking them to let me know the status of my exchange... but customer service wrote back and said they never got it, and that according to them, the tracking number said the package had left my post office on Nov. 19th and they were still waiting for it.

I wrote back showing them a screen shot that showed the tracking number said they should have received my package on Nov. 24th.

No one wrote me back.

So, I called them, and they said they would see if it got lost in the warehouse and get back to me.

I didn't hear back.

So, I called them on December 15th to inquire again. They told me again they would process my return the next week, when they found the package.

I then contacted the post office, who told me it's possible the company used my tracking number twice for whatever reason, but that return parcel goes to Fedex and once Fedex has the package, they no longer have information on it.

So, I went to the fedex website with the tracking number and signed up for alerts.The next day on Dec 16th, I get a text message alert from Fedex that the tracking number said my package was in Indiana somewhere as of December 15th.

Package is in Indiana. I'm in California. The company is in Missouri.

I emailed the company about this alert. I didn't hear back.

So, in total, I must have written three emails and called the company four times, and their response was "You're exchange will be processed next week... when we get your package", never addressing that the tracking information was all over the place. It was like talking to non-human robots who could not give a cr*p.

I finally called and went ballistic a fifth time on December 20th, demanded to speak to a supervisor, almost 2 months after mailing my package to them, and after leaving me on hold for 20 minutes, they finally agreed to refund my money. That doesn't help with the fact that they lost my credit card number and it's floating around in Indiana somewhere.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:

Don't shop here. Find a better deal. Returns and exchanges and customer service is a nightmare. They are overpriced anyway, and there are better places to buy scrubs and uniforms out there.
