Ryobi enjoys a mixed reputation among its customers, with notable strengths in product quality and versatility. Many users appreciate the performance and ease of use of their tools, particularly battery-operated lawn equipment, which is praised for its efficiency and lightweight design. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to warranty claims, service delays, and difficulties in obtaining replacement parts. Complaints about inadequate support and communication suggest a need for improvement in customer relations. Overall, while Ryobi has a loyal customer base, enhancing service responsiveness could bolster its reputation further.

Something new to me. I used to use the old hand saw to saw off limbs from trees and in the park but now I use the new small electric chain saw. Never knew it was so easy to handle a chain saw... and suggesting my friends get one instead of trying to borrow mine.
I just purchased a 40 volt grass trimmer. I just finished using it and it works great, very quite compared to my old gas trimmer and I don't have to spend 5 minutes getting it started. No more spilling gas filling a tank or the hazard of gas tanks in the garage.
We have needed a power washer for quite some time and we wanted a reputable brand, so we went with Ryobi. Using the directions I put the Ryobi electric power washer together myself! I cleaned the deck, the railing, the deck furniture, and all the screens from our two-story home! I'm looking forward to more jobs because it's easy to use and works well.
Was affordable, easy to assemble and works great, a great buy for the money. The rotating head makes the job allot easier when you need to edge a lawn
They own several ryobi tools and bought us a blower to blow off patio and driveway and around the curbs. Not used it but for a short time to see how it worked, so far so good, although it was hard for us to take battery off and put on charger. Hands and strength was not good enough (to big to fit hand around to touch release buttons). Was purchased at local Home Depot 18 VOLT ONE + BLOWER
I just retired and took over a lot of our yard work. I could not handle my husband's commercial grade trimmer & blower - they were way too heavy for me to handle. I purchased the battery operated light weight trimmer & blower. Best purchase I have made in a long time. I can now mow and finish up with the trimmer & blower. Before I had to rely on my husband to do it when he had the time since he is still working. Both do a great job! Would highly recommend!
I had a corded edger/string trimmer and was finding I needed a longer extension cord to do the job. With this one the battery pack works really well, light weight, and no cord to worry about going over. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for an edger, string trimmer.
I bought a 40 volt lawnmower and couldn't be happier ( I now cut the lawn twice a week because it is so easy, No more cords) The mower does a great job and I can get 3-4 cuts or more / charge ( small yard) and I can mow any time of day as it is very quiet. I love the features of this tool and the fact it takes up very little space when not in use gives me more space in "The Man Cave". Lol

Very powerful, light weight and I don`t have to drag around a cord to power it. No more mixing gas either! Thank You!
I bought the 40 volt hedge trimmer, wow... it works better then my ele. Trimmers. All my ryobi tools has always performed well for me. Just keep making them well, and ill keep buying them. Bill k.
I purchased the Ryobi Electric Power Washer 1600 and it works beautifully! I'm using it to power wash my 17' x 25' concrete slab, 22' x 25' wood deck and concrete 2-car carport. It powers through dirt, mud, and earthly grime with ease. I'm videoing the process of cleaning my 17' x 25' slab and making the cosmetic repairs in order to best utilize the patio for the remainder of the summer. Thanks for the Roybi Electric Power Washer, the great little power washer.
II GOT a free tool when I bought a set of batteries. The blower was a little weak and loud. It does not meet my ryobi experience.
Have owned Ryobl trimmer before. Old model died, wanted a new gas trimmer because or the torque. When using a blade the torque is required here.
My husband got us the Ryobi combo. Its light and easy to hold. I got the weedeater edger and blower. I AM 72 and I NEEDED A LIGHT WEIGHT easy to hold unit. I LOVE them both and would tell anybody who is looking to buy a ryobi
My son bought the cordless Ryobi Weed Eater for me I installed the weed eater with on problem (I'm 79yrs old) I charged the battery no problem, I used it immediately it is light weight I was able to use it around my mobile home didn't hit my skirting. I would recommend this to anyone. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it
Would like to see the wand a little longer say six or eight inches longer so you dont have to walk around bent over i will be 79 saturday so it would make it easier to spray
Can not send a picture dont have a camera to do it just arrived yesterday
My RYOBI Weed eater, 40 V starts very easy and convenient. The Battery only lasts about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. I think it might be old. Also it's power is only about 50 percent compared to my 4 cycle gas Ryobi Weed Eater. From the reviews I read before buying the 40v Weed eater rated it as powerful as the 4 cycle gas Ryobi weed eater and claimed it would last all day. Neither one of those reviews were correct.
I have struggled for years with a non-powered saw to cut my high limbs. Just couldn't do it, it was so hard. So... went out & bought myself a new Ryobi electric tree saw. What a difference. Thank you Ryobi for this wonderful tool. So glad I finally purchased one.
Cordless blower is light, powerful, and just what we needed for blowiong out the carport without dragging cords around. It is light enough that my wife has no trouble using it.
Answer: I own 2 chain saws, 18" bar and 14"bar, both run excellent, I have cleared a lot of trees over the last several years on property up north, thank you
Answer: Yes, call Ryobi's 800 number. They will send a replacement. The same thing happened to me.
