Amazing simply amazing. The customer service was stellar any problems that I had they solved it in minutes and questions I had they answered, I was think without the great customer service this would have been a mess in seconds! The process was easy too you just got to gather the right documents and the website and email provided gives you all the details! Once delivered my passport came in really fast I was surprised it took less than a week which is something that I appreciate very much! Overall I'm very satisfied with this service and I will be suing this again! I recommend everyone whose on a time limit to use this service it's a bit pricey but for good reason! My experience with James Rosier at RushMyPassport was simply the best. I needed my passport for a trip in 4 days and too be honest I was worried about not receiving it in time. Once I talked with Mr. Rosier he calmly walked me through the required steps to make sure all the documents were filled out correctly. He said the number 6 is very important, because that is how many items needed to be in the envelope that I was sending overnight. I counted the documents at least 6 times before putting them in the envelope. On the last review I noticed I had put the wrong state on the DS-82 form. I remember Mr. Rosier stating that any mistake on the paperwork would automatically reject the application which would result in not getting the passport in time for the trip. This company was wonderful. They were very clear and concise in their directions-even providing cues for filling out the application. They held my hand through the entire process and answered any questions I had. I was nervous about getting all the documents and filling every thing out correctly and they were really patient with me. Even the "passport acceptance agency " I went to, said I was very organized and ready to go and that was all because of the support and directions I received from this company. I was really in a time crunch and worried they would not be able to make my deadline, but the passport actually came even earlier than they quoted me! I also appreciated them communicating with me via email, with updates on where I was in the process. This really helped to calm my nerves!
