Bill Hess was wonderful and professional. Overall great experience and would recommend. I thought it was a scam but had no choice since my son's passport expired and we were leaving for a hockey tournament. Totally my fault but I didn't check it until the last minute. I was skeptical, but they delivered--3 days earlier than promised! Customer service was excellent. It's a detailed process and you have to make sure all your paperwork is in order, but they really lay it all out for you and make all the requirements clear. Hopefully we never let our passports lapse and get in the situation again, but the service they provide was definitely helpful. It saved us from having to cancel our vacation!

I called before sending documents to verify. Customer service had different protocol and I had to have papers certain way before I called back. My agent said he didn't need travel confirmation code, but I did. Another call but Very efficient and professional. Received passport one week before promise date. Thank you & would recommend to others!
The representative on the phone was professional and clear. They seemed to have encountered common mistakes before, and helped me not make the same ones. I felt confident sending the packet off. They then notified me each step of the way, so when the new passport arrived a few days after I sent it, I never had to wonder where it was.
Most of my contact had to do with the clarity of the instructions. Several of these were unclear. However all customer service reps were helpful about explaining the process and were very pleasant. The end result was good and even faster than had been promised.

I was skeptical to use this service but I was in need of it so decided to go through with it. The process was so easy (besides things out of their hands like getting the pictures and printing them out) and it all happened within the requested and necessary time frame. Thank you very much for getting my new passport to me in plenty of time prior to my departure. It is important to update your recommendations as to what post offices continue to offer the service to process passports.
I learned that in Los Angeles, many of the previously available locations for passport processing stopped providing that service. It appears that the LAX Post Office is the main location that is currently open and available. Several people who stood in line with me also reported that they were sent to a closed location that no longer processed passport. We who went to the wrong locations ended up losing many hours of precious time waiting in long postal lines to only discover that the passport service had been discontinued.

I did not need 24 hours service so I only paid for the 10-12 business days service. They were incredibly quick and responsive to questions - so excellent customer service - but they said they received my documents on June 10 (starting 6 days after I paid them since it took some time to fill their check list - partially my fault for the delay) and the passport did not arrive until June 23. It was in time for my needs but they themselves provided a date of departure of June 21 (which was before the actual departure date) and the passport arrived 2 days after the date so if it had been real... I would not have received the passport in time for the trip date on the official govt form. They did honor the time I contractually paid for if you don't count any prep time... Just Beware... it will take longer than they suggest it "can" be done.
