Rushmypassport has proven itself to be safe, reliable and quick. My trip to cancun was possible because the service delivers based on your ability to supply all of the needed documents. James Rosier, a customer representative was very patient and through as he assisted me through this process. Although I was not familiar with Rushmypassport before, I am thankful they were around to assist me in my unfortunate dilemma. They came through with flying colors and my trip was wonderful.

William Weaver was very helpful, I called a couple of times to ensure I was doing every thing correctly and he answered each question clearly which put my mind at ease. The process was very easy to follow. Bill Hess did a great job making sure I had all paperwork ready. I sent it using the label I go tin the e-mail, 3 days later (as requested and promised) my passport arrived to my office. One thing I really liked was the tracking got the steps, documents received, passport in process, passport completed, passport shipped!
Needless to say, I was at the airport on Monday 10/12/2015 to depart to Poland only to find out that my passport only had 2.5 months left and a new 3-month requirement to enter Europe prevented me from boarding my flight. I followed your instructions. After not hearing for you I called. You stated no photos were were in my package. The check list was checked off and signed that all items were inside. My neighbor was with me. So I had CVS re-take my passport photos and I resent them. The point is this. If the processing were preformed as advertised I would have been able to join my wife on the year long planned trip. Your failure to do as advertised speaks volumes.

Last minute issue on our part something that's never checked on is your passport until it's time to take a trip outside the US. Well once I found out my passport had just expired we had to come up with a plan ASAP and we only had three weeks to do it. This service is worth every penny! It cost more than I expected (they really should be up front about the pricing - the video show artificially lower prices and they don't tell you that the shipping is extra, much extra), but I still would have paid it. The customer service people were very professional. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a passport in a short timeframe.
