Very helpful personnel. Web site was informative and very detailed. It outlined each step I needed to take. The process was a little pricey but well worth the peace of mind. If you need a passport and do not have much time, this is the way to go.

What amazing staff! Every time I called with questions I reached such polite and helpful staff. They answered my questions with patience, taking time to give me step by step even though I was looking at the check list! I also loved that they sent me emails, daily, as to the progress of the task at hand. Not to mention, delivery for my Passport was 7 am so I didn't have to wait around to receive it! I would highly recommend this company!
I was honestly very skeptical about this site. I am not a computer person I don't even shop online. I found out that my passport is expired and I am leaving to my honeymoon in 10 day. My wife was freaking out a bit but I promised her that we would figure it out. Due to my busy hours at the clinic I could not go to an agency to do it myself. I looked online and read reviews and I was still skeptical but I really had no other choice so I took a leap of faith and did it. They have been awesome and exceeded my expectations. Receiving a replacement passport was extremely important to me and several family members, as our European travel was already booked when I discovered that the current passport had already expired. The help I received enabled me to download and complete the required documents correctly, as well as to ship the package off quickly. Best of all, my new passport arrived 5 days early, for which we were all terrifically grateful.
Rush My Passport's system is extremely thoughtfully done and well-laid out. It's as seamless as a process like this could be. At one point, I had a question because of an application process I'd started on my own before contacting them, and their customer service is extremely engaged and on it. And after everything was done, my passport came about a week earlier than I'd expected. Very much worth it.
A friend out of country was diagnosed with late stage terminal cancer, I needed to go see her fast. My passport was expired. My husband filled out the forms on RushMyPassport on a Monday morning, by noon we had sent the required hard copy documents to RushMyPassport via Fed Ex. Thursday mid-day my updated official passport was at my front door! I am very pleased.
Excellent service and literally saved our trip! However, both my husband and I were directed to send ours in together and contact customer service to get a refund of the 29.95 ea way (59.90) shipping and 19.95 in insurance as we only sent one package. As of right now we are still waiting for a resolution and they are only offering 49.90, not sure why...
Excellent process. Easy to understand and follow. Fantastic touch in having an advisor assigned to each case. Everything was delivered as promised, on time and exactly as quoted. The advisor even went so far as to inform me that I had selected a service option that was more expensive than what I needed and that I would receive my documents in plenty of time prior to my trip by selecting a lower cost service. Now that's the type of honest and forthright customer service that would personally keep me coming back.
William Weaver handled my case and I got calls and emails as my passport made its way through the system. Because of his quick diligent service I am able to go on my trip to do botanical research in Baja California. If I did not get my passport in time I would have had to delay my travel until next year. The deal is, when you need something so bad, you're willing to pay a premium for it. But even if the service itself demands a high-cost, you want to feel like you're getting first class, premiere service. That's what I got. They kept me fully informed every step of the way. Great service and genuine care from the staff. Through no fault of their own there was a problem with my passport photo. I could not have asked for better assistance or service. Hope I do not need you again but great to know you are there each step of the way.
I paid for the expedited "smart" service and was charged $19 for USPS priority for my passports outbound travel and $19 for Fedex 2day to get my passport to RMP (not sure why both are the same $$ but you get USPS on the way back). My passport was processed within the six week time but it has now been 7 business days since it was listed as "shipped" without a tracking number and I have not received my passport. I used RMP online chat and the chat support agent actually closed our conversation before my question was answered. As a result, I called the customer service line the next day and was told that the US DoS forgot to put my tracking number in their system and so it was now MY responsibility to call the DoS and get the tracking number. I tried calling and of course its a huge wait such that they couldn't take any calls. This is not the $182 level of customer service in handling this process that I paid for. Since this was just a renewal I could have filled out the form and paid for expedited service through the DoS and saved money but I thought I was paying for someone else to handle the troublesome parts of the process. Turns out not so much.
The services provided and delivery on time were perfect. I had some concerns with a third party handling my identity related documents SS#, address, CC# etc. even after checking the company before using. I suggest that you provide more information related to the company credentials to potential users to ease some of these concerns.
I was a bit skeptical about using a third party for my renewal but Rush My Passport was legit. I spoke to customers service reps on two occasions and all of my questions were answered. They left no hesitation and I went through with the service. Very appreciative that my passport arrived in time! Sooner than expected!

Everything about my experience has been wonderful! Even when I made a mistake on my application I was immediately contacted through several methods. The only thing that would have made it better is a lower price.
