I placed my order on 5/10. The very next day I get shipping confirmation that a shipping label was made and usps is awaiting the package to deliver it. Weeks has gone past and no update on my shipping, as well as no way to contact anyone on the customer service side. I'm going to dispute this transaction with my bank tomorrow. I'm tired of merchants taking customers money and then give them nothing in return or take a whole month to give you your product. That $#*! is unacceptable
Update: I finally received my $172 order on 6/1. I was excited and satisfied with the majority of the items. Only two items were sized incorrectly, everything else from the haul fit perfect! Still I must say I ordered on 5/10 and didn't receive the order until 6/1, I was not happy about that but overall I am satisfied. If you are ok with waiting 20+ days for your order with little to no customer service assistance, then go for it.
I like romwe... both for their employees because if you sign up to their site via email you may have many discount codes and promotions. There is also a wide selection of clothing and postage is free :)
I love this website I ordered some clothes for my girlfriends birthday it was very high quality for a reasonable price definately will shop here again. She loves it and does not even know that was pretty inexpensive.
Many shops claim trendy, affordable, and high quality goods. Romwe is not one of them. At Romwe I fell for the Grey Striped Crop Sweater. They had several big pictures that let me see it up close. Check out was easy with the big add to bag buttons that let me choose my color and size on the same page. After setting up an account I was on my way with a few clicks. I got a 60% coupon for signing up and free shipping after adding a few things. Within days I received an email with a tracking number. The sweater fit and looked just as I imagined. I don't feel pressured shopping at Romwe because they don't tell me how to wear my items, they just provide big bright photos for me to visualize my outfit for myself. They do however, have a few full body shots for inspiration. Overall, I recommend the shop.
I am so annoyed with the products I received and the customer service! I tried to request a refund and the ticket system said error 404 page not found? I received an email a week later saying they were having problems due to spring festival? After reading other reviews it seems they find excuses for bad service! 2 items I bought were very different to the images and one is too big, after spending £50 I thought I had found a great site to shop on, but sadly I have not. Please refund me romwe!
My order took 4 week to arrive, before arrival I spoke to 2 members of there customer service team who were not professional in the slightest and told me a load of rubbish to basically shut me up. I'll never again waste my money on this site and I advice everyone else to not do so either.

I placed my order on 7/16/16. I just received my tracking number and statement that says my order has been placed (7/22/16). The clothes I ordered, I am actually really looking forward to so hopefully I can put a great review for this website when my order arrives. As of right now, my order shipped within 5 business days and I am happy about that. I've bought multiple times from this site and though it's not the best quality, the shopping experience is actually pretty good. Customer service is communicative and quite accommodating (I resolved an exchange quickly and efficiently) and they are always friendly. I am usually in the market for cheap clothing and this is pretty reliable. However, some things are a bit overpriced for the result and though the sizing descriptions are helpful, they run small most of the time. I have to learn how to buy items based on past experiences with the sizing but overall I am pleased with my experience.
I give this site two stars because I think it's hit or miss, depending on the product you order. I ordered this romper and another dress. Dress was descent quality, though I did pay a bit more for that one. This one was "60% off," which is a bold claim, because it eludes that the product is worth more than you're paying when, in actuality, it's still a bit of a rip off with the sale price.
The romper pictured below hardly covers my boobs. Proportionally, it makes no sense. I am 5'6,120 lbs, and a small b cup. It's not like I ever have issues with my boobs being covered. The sewn in pads within the lace are way off to the side-- It just doesn't seem like it was measured properly. Also, I noticed a yellow-ish stain on one of the pads in the top.
In summary, there are some good things on this site - just make sure you read reviews or you may get duped, and don't be fooled by the "___% off!" You get what you pay for in this case.

Terrible delivery time, terrible material and terrible design if different sizes doesn't fit well. This company have probably 2-3 different online name they go by " shein", stylewe, is one of them. Super cheap flee market clothes. DON'T waste your valuable time and their return policy is the worst, guarantee 90% of the time you have to return it and it gets costly.
It only looks good on pictures, the clothes are garbage that I guarantee you will not dare to wear it on the street. That's why they don't dare to offer free return and NO call back number and I've wasted $11.55 to ship it back to them. Lesson well learn and I hope anyone who sees this comment will not take that chance to lose money and give and take losing 2-3 weeks time also. With so many credit card fraud these days DON'T RISK IT with some unknown online shop from nowhere.

I was a bit iffy about this site at first, as I usually don't shop online, but I absolutely loved my experience and I will definitely use it again! I bought a lovely romper on romwe.com during one of their awesome sales. It seemed almost too good to be true, and I thought for sure they'd get me on some crazy shipping expenses (especially because I live in Hawaii). To my surprise, not only was the shipping cheap, it was a super easy transaction. I received my romper perfectly on time in great condition and it's exactly what I was expecting. It fits great and I will definitely keep making purchases! Five stars for this site!
I am giving this company 1 star because I can't give a zero! I placed an order 2 weeks ago (past the guaranteed ship date) and it is still processing according to their site. Their customer service is horrible as no one has responded to my emails! I am extremely frustrated with them and will never use them again. I ordered 3 jumpers 2 pants and 1 scarf. Everything is in a good condition when it arrives but after I washed them, the "Letter Print Cutout Black Sweatshirt" got damaged. The lettering came off and the material doesn't look like how it was in the picture, it's very thin. Kind of disappointing but other than that everything is fine.
I spoke with Rebecca on their live chat feature when I encountered an issue with checkout, and she was beyond helpful. She explained and helped me through the process while being lovely the entire time. I have ordered from here before (just a top) and was happy with the quality of clothing. I'm excited to receive my recent order :)
