I've bought clothes from this website multiple times, both clothes and jewelry. I think what many forget when they complain about the quality and the synthetic smell is that it is a, Asian company. The rules are just different with those things, and you can't really expect something to be perfect when it's this cheap AND bought online. There's only been maybe one or two pieces of clothes that haven't been true to size, but overall I really cannot complain about this website. I live in Europe and the shipping was about a month each time I bought something and it was free, so I won't complain. Overall very satisfied with this company!
I received my package 10 days after submitting my order, which is pretty fast considering it came from Singapore ( I'm in Florida). I ordered 17 items and was dissatisfied with only 1 item (the "one- size fits all" tank was too big).
The material is not bad, you just have to make sure to read the description of each item to see exactly what it is made of. This way you have a better idea of how the piece will wear and feel. When it comes to sizing you really just have to use your judgement. Read the description, if it says "no stretch" make sure to order up a size.
Overall I had a good experience with this website and their prices are unmatched. I will definitely be ordering here again.
I ordered many things off of Romwe recently and they all came at a reasonable time. The orders that say 24 hour shipping next to the picture come faster and the about section of any product you are about to purchase says that standard shipping is at least 5-28 days so at least I am aware before purchase that it might take a while to arrive. The clothes themselves have been good quality and exactly the way they are shown in the photographs! I have yet to purchase jeans because personally, I like to always purchase bottoms in person but their tops and jewelry are cute, inexpensive and comfortable. Overall a wonderful website for fashion on a budget!
Honestly if you're willing to wait awhile then go ahead and order from this site but otherwise I would save your money and go order somewhere else. Every time I asked a question about my order they just kept saying they need more time due to their warehouse upgrade and the products I wanted were in high demand. Sounds like a scam to me. I put in my order almost two weeks ago and it still says processing.

Okay, so this is my second time ordering from Romwe I hesitated to order more than four items simply because of the reviews. My only complaint at first was one of the shirts were poorly stitched. But other than that the rest was fine. I decided to order from them again because I saw no problem, shipping was surprisingly fast despite the warehouse delay. When I opened my package I noticed only 4/5 of my items had arrived. It's not as though I was told one of my items was unavailable or would be a little behind (Keep in my mind all my items were marked priority dispatching) so this was a bit disappointing. In conclusion, I doubt I will ever shop at Romwe again.

I just received my order, a stylish bathing suit from romwe.com, and I can say with complete certainty that I am impressed with romwe.com's efficiency and security. I was a little nervous when I made the decision to order from this site, but I am incredibly glad I did so! Romwe is a great site if you're looking for affordable fashion. You get what you pay for, but baring this in mind you won't be disappointed. The dress selection is super cute, and you won't see a bunch of repeat posts like you do on other sites like this. I just received my first order from Romwe and I am pleasantly surprised! First off, I need to say that these items are being shipped from ASIA. They are not being made in Asia and then sent to the US where they are then ordered and shipped to you. It WILL take longer than you're used to.
That being said, my order took two weeks to come to me. Everything was packaged in their own bags, which is nice.
Now, onto my other point, these items are so inexpensive for a reason. They will not be made of the finest cottons and silks like some reviewers seem to think, and the sizing should be taken with a very large grain of salt. Go two sizes up in my opinion. I did, and only one thing doesn't fit as well as I'd like. The t-shirts and sweatshirts are surprisingly soft and lovely, while the polyesters are, well, polyesters.
In conclusion, be PATIENT, don't expect Rodeo drive quality, and remember, these sizes are measured to a more petite frame.
After reading several reviews i decided to take the risk as i ordered Bow Collar Flouncing Black Dress.To my surprise i got the dress the next day at my door step with absolutely zero shipping cost. I have been buying clothes online but non have shipped free to my door step. ROMWE is a reliable online fashion store.
I got cheapest deal on this particular dress, they offer discounted price on all their stock.
I called their customer support twice before placing my order and the response i got was superb. I must confess one of the best customer support i have experience ever since i started buying stuffs online.

Bought the Black Short Sleeve Straight Dress and it's one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever wore. Bought it in a medium and it fitted me perfectly. Had a slight issue with ordering but as soon as I got that resolved, the dress was with me in just a few days and if I did have any issues, the support was always on hand to help me out. Really good website when it comes to clothing, would buy from here again!
I purchased a vest that stated TWICE on the website that it was made from suede, only to receive something made from low quality synthetic material.
I have contacted the company FOUR times, requesting that at the least, the company cover my return shipping costs, seeing as it was their mistake for falsely advertising their product. They have refused to do so, which means that if I post it back for a refund, I will be out of pocket postage both ways - $25!
They have not apologised or acknowledged their mistake, they are clearly incompetent and have shown that they are not to be trusted!
False advertising, poor quality products, terrible customer service, rubbish company! Save your money and time and shop elsewhere!

Honestly I loved all the things I got So happy. The sizes were a little inconsistent, but most of what I ordered looks great and just made my day when it showed up early. Very fast shipping and very happy customer. Will go back for more.
After checking out the website, I was curious because pricing is pretty reasonable and styling is pretty on trend. So I took a chance and ordered variety of items like solid pocket t, graphic tees, a blazer and a skirt on 4/14. It took 3 weeks to receive my package. Well let me just say that NONE of the items looks like what I saw online. They were similar but not exact in detail. Some were different in length (skirt- way too short), some in design (added stripes on my t shirt), etc. The quality of the garment is poorly constructed and made of cheap material. I guess you get what you pay for and if it is too good to be true it probably is. All so true. I will not order from ROMWE again. It was a total disappointment for me

I recently posted a horrible review about Romwe yesterday. I felt I needed to delete my review and start all over again. I now have to give their customer service an A+, they have quickly since... Cancelled my order and the refund is being processed.
I understand that they are over seas and their response may not be as quick to our likely but, they need to fix that problem and get a customer service line. This is where good customer service has become almost obsolete.

I love Romwe! I bought many pieces there and they quickly became the favourite part of my wardrobe(: Romwe clothing is pretty, affordable and as far as I am concerned, the sizes and fits are perfect. I especially like their leggings, so soft and comfy. Plus they have worldwide free shipping! They also add new designs every day and hold regular sales with great deals.

They are just great. Big collection many types of products. You get delivery right on time. And main thing is They gt huge and various collection of dresses for ladies. I tried them for once and had very positive experience. Keep up the good work guys.
The clothes from this company run extremely small. A lot of the items are fairly cheaply made and fabrics, especially on tops, are thinner than what I am used to. Shoes and bags, however, come in very good quality for the price.
They mislead you a little when they offer additional discounts, as everything is already discounted so you really can never use the extra coupons or discounts they seem to offer.
Other than that I have few complaints. Customer service is very good for an online store. They reply to you in a timely manner and are polite, and returns are a breeze.
I ordered 2 item, a shirt and skirt, and it took 3 weeks to be delivered. They have really cute clothes for great prices but I would not recommend ordering from here if you are in a rush to get your clothes.
