On thanksgiving I ordered a lot of clothes from RomWe. It told me it would be at my house on November 27 at 10:26. And it never came, but I really want to wear them already.It has Been 5 days. Maybe it will come tomorrow :)
I saw a jacket my friend purchased on romwe it looks like something you would buy from witchery so i thought why not scan through the site.
At first i thought this is definitely a scam or cheap clothing that will break easy, I decided to test the theory.
I ordered 3 items of clothing both tops and a jumper, my items came within 5 days with the basic shipping option. My clothes are exactly the same as pictures on the website and the clothes are surprisingly not cheap thin material my jumper is thick and warm. I am very happy with my purchase and will be shopping with romwe again. Thank you!
I had a couple of items that did not fit and the Ticket service on their website helped me return my items. There was some confusion to my refund and returned order, but I chatted with Stephanie on the online chat system and she helped clarify everything tremendously! You need patience, but eventually you'll get your issue solved. I love my shoes by the way. The clothes are a bit smaller for me than usual, but now I know to order a larger size!
I bought four items. Tags are in Chinese. Shopping took over three weeks. I got a corduroy dress thing and it feels and looks like it's cheap yet I spent overall £50. I know what size I am in cm and the clothes do not fit. I will never ever use romwe again.

I bought a pair of bathers recently (size M) to find the bottoms where too small and the top too big! How that works I don't know. The quality was horrific, so I guess what you pay for is what you get from this company. When I contacted ROMWE they explained the set could not be returned understandably but they would refund me 50%. I was happy with this but when asked if I could spend the money on another sale item they told it was only a voucher which would give me 50% off the regular retail price. I don't know about you but I get sent an e-mail from this group nearly every day with some sort of 60% off code to use the next time I log in. As they are constantly sending out these coupons what they have offered is of no value at all. Just be mindful that when purchasing from ROMWE be ready to lose your money if the item doesn't fit.

It really is a gamble shopping from this site. If you order 3 items, there is a high chance at least one of the items will suddenly become "out of stock." When this happens, just know that you will not be getting a refund back EVER. That's how they get away with charging so little. So if you actually get your items in a timely matter, count yourself as one of the lucky ones.
I had the worst experience shopping from this place. 10 emails later and at least a dozen phone calls to the customer service, each time promising me my item only to be followed up with another lie. First they tell you "your item just became out if stock", then "your item was shipped, your item got returned due to wrong address, your item got transferred to the wrong facilities..." It's really ridiculous. Be prepared for some headaches if you shop from this site.

I loved everything I bought from Romwe. I'm from Portugal and my clothes took 15/20 days to arrive. Everything was equal to the pictures and the material (although it is not that breathtaking) is the same you can see when you zoom Romwe's pictures. And the sizes are pretty accurate too. I'm really happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy again! :D
I recently bought a pearl bracelet for my wife from ROMWE and was extremely excited to get it to her. The shipping took a little long to get here (about thirty days) but once it did we were very pleased. The bracelet looked beautiful and could be combined with nearly any outfit. We would definitely order from them again.
Well i been ordering from this page almost 2 months i fully happy and satisfied, the wait maybe drive u insane since u have to wait 3 weeks or so, if its not a present or a really important party go for it, its totally worth at least for me, the quality is good for now...
I ordered a large in 3 three items and the fit is for someone of a size 2. Do not order anything from this site if you have a normal bust! All the material is very cheap and nothing of what I ordered resembles the photos. One shirt said it was chiffon but it looked like paper!

I was hesitant to order form the website, but after reading several reviews, the awesome prices seemed worth a shot. I saw many comments about everything running small, so I ordered it a size larger than I normally would, and it fit perfectly. I'm very happy with this website, and I'll definitely order from there again.
Exquisite dress in the fundamental, glide y and summery. Albeit long I'm 5'8 and need to wear heels with it, dots sown in the fix have expansive join which get on shoes clasps which has destroyed the stitch off the dress. Baffling considering the cost. Shabby wrap up. Not the standard or quality I have generally expected from Next.
ROMWE is very good@ enticing online shoppers to spend money, the 'catch' is, they are AWFUL@ any kind of Customer Service. My Teen daughter ordered sneakers, she went according to the size chart, the sneakers was to small, She requested to send them back. We are waiting for the return slip, so we can ship them back to the company. It's been 3 weeks and we're still waiting for a response from the company, we check the message, on the site, It states In Process. I told my daughter we will never order from them again. I got the Leopard Tawny Square Sunglasses for my friend the other day. It has a vintage, indie style which my friend likes a lot. The ordering process is quite a bliss, the process is straightforward and simple. I love the UI which is slick and user-friendly to the visitor. The packaging is pretty neat and it was an overall pleasurable experience purchasing online. The shipping takes less than a week when other e-commerce site are more or less 2 weeks. One thing that I appreciate is there is 60% off of first orders which is awesome. The product catalog is dope with many variety, hence will be visiting it another day for my next purchase.
Ordered several items over 6 weeks ago. Received an email on May 28 indicating they were having issues with the delivery service. I just found out they LOST the order completely after several attempts to find out the status of the order. It was going to take another 4 weeks to receive it if they decided to ship it this time.
With so many small businesses right now that need the money, I am happy to support them than deal with this nonsense.
I live in Canada so it takes a couple months for my shipments to arrive, but they DO arrive. They even refunded me the full amount for an item that went out of stock, though it took a couple days. The customer service is surprisingly reliable. Idc if the English isn't impeccable as long as they're doing their job to help me with my purchases, questions and complaints. The sizing is generally true to the measurements listed on their items. Yes, Romwe asked me to write my review but my experience is real and the reason I bothered to write it at all is bc the site is not a scam.
Very simple to order on this site and really user-friendly. Shipping was fantastic, and actually faster than expected. Came well-packaged and everything about the boots were great when I opened it! The glitter didn't rub off the shoes at all! Definitely making another order soon and I highly recommend!
I ordered several clothing items which I returned due to poor quality and the awful smell emitting from the clothes. The package did not include an order summary which is standard any time you receive a shipment from a vendor. I had to contact them several times via email for instructions on returning the items because there isn't a phone number where you can speak to anyone. I finally received return instructions; that was in January. I have provided them with the tracking number and contacted them several times. The only thing I've received were emails where I get the run around. They have their merchandise and my money. I am still waiting for my refund. I'm not sure what has happened to this retailer, new ownership... I'm not sure. I used to like their clothing. The clothes are so cheaply made now and customer service is nonexistent. Do not waste your time and money. Dealing with them if you have a return is a major headache.
