Kerala is really a perfect place for Ayurveda treatment. Last month. I booked our Kerala tour package. I was with my family. We did lot of activities like houseboat, Wildlife tour, visited hill station, & most important enjoyed Ayurveda treatments. Though we enjoyed full tour very much, we enjoyed Ayurveda treatments the most. Good Ayurveda Center with experienced professional Doctors.
Ayurveda center was surrounded by green area with many Plants and trees. Our Welcome was done in like Indian traditional welcome. Thank you so much team for making our tour so easy and interesting.

This was my first trip for a package through any travel agency which was with Ritual Holidays We were 4 people for this trip starting 24 may. Being 4 people we were picked up at Chandigarh by driver. He guide all the time who went out of the way to make sure that all was taken care of. So with good infrastructure provided, it turned out to be a great experience. The many photos I took during the entire trip. This trip was so memorable.

We (a group of 8) just completed a tour of Kashmir Agra and Jaipur arranged by Ritual Holidays gets my highest recommendation. There was a personal touch, that means so much, and I compliment their attention to detail and their honesty. They went over and above our expectations. There is one coordinator who is always checking up on the progress of your trip. Being sure that the guide meets you at your destination, checking in with you as you travel and generally, being sure that all is going well. Our trip was pretty comprehensive (Delhi, Srinagar, Agra and Jaipur) we had a very favourable experience thanks to Ritual Holidays

It was my second experience with Ritual Holidays and i am very happy to say that it was a great decision to have this package booked with Ritual Holidays. Everything is great about Ritual Holidays, be it pricing, services, overseas arrangements, services by local guides in Himachal. We had a great experience. Local guide "Too" in Shimla and Our Driver is very helpful for us. they work Keep up good work, We will keep coming. And again your prices are good than others.

It's worst service in India
Fraudulent Company cheating customers - Ritual Holidays is a complete fraudulent company who try to cheat you in every possible aspect. They will talk sweet and smooth until payment is made. After payment is done, they will show their real faces to the customers. Worst service. Waste of money and time on booking their service to Shimla and manli I spoiled my anniversary booking to ritual holiday while speaking they said 3star hotel but give local hotel if anyone need I will share pics of hotel Very worst attitude from Vasundhara and naresh who got to learn how to behave keep relationships with customers spoiling the reputation of Delhi.

THE SERVICE OF RETUAL IS VERY VERY POOR. NO VEHICAL IS CAME IN AIRPORT ON ARIVAL FOR PICKUP. NO VEHICAL IS BOOKED FOR OUR TOOR. WE HIRE AUTO OURSELF AND TAXI ALSO. THEY NOT PRIVIED ANY VEHICAL AS PER CONDITION AND VEHICAL IS NOT CAME ON TIME FOR RECEIVED. COMAPNY IS DEMAND EXTRA AMOUNT FOR TAXI. COMPANY IS PROVIED THIRD CLASS TAXI FOR TRAVELING AND CHARGED AS PER CONDICTION. MR. ROHIT IS NOT ANSWER AFTER RECEIVEING OF AMOUNT. I THINK THIS COMPANY IS FROUD AND ONLY FOR HARISHMENT OF CUSTOMER. COMPANY IS NOT PROVIED ANY TERMS AS PER MAIL.

Last week to Shimla Kullu Manali with my family. My travel and accommodation requirements were taken care by Ritual Holidays. I am delighted with the prompt service and perfect arrangements by the entire team of Ritual Holidays Really impressive! I wish them all the best and thanks for the efforts put in by their young team to make my tour a memorable one. Initially, everybody around me insisted to go for big names but I was interested in planning my trip according to my requirements. And so I thought why not try Ritual Holidays. I sent them an email to which they responded with a very economical package just fitting my pocket.

I have just come back home after experiencing two different tours booked through RitualHolidays: a wonderful ten days in Kerala and then six days in the Golden Triangle. It was extremely well planned - the drivers were really good (thank you Shanu and Rakesh), the itineraries were varied and interesting, and (with one exception) the hotels were good.
I would recommend them to anyone who would like to explore the wonderful country that is India!

We have booked a weeks trip to Kashmir with Ritual holidays. Our experience with them is one of the worst experiences we have ever had. As, told by many of our friends, these people are very sweet to you until the initial payment is done. They keep following up until you pay the amount, later you need to call them and inquire them about the booking and hotel details. They do not even bother to update you. The worse thing is that these people do not even let you know the details of the hotels you would be staying. And when you land up in your destination, you be shocked to see the kind of rooms these people provide. They keep asking money for each and very extra service you ask them and on top of that they give back reckless answers. The location of the hotels are far away from the city centre and from many of the tourist places. We were the only people staying in the hotel which these guys have provided us. Kindly, demand these people to let you the hotel and room details before the payment is done. Don't get fooled by the way these people talk. We had to change the rooms because of the sick service.

We were impressed with the well planned trip presentations of Gujarat.Tour from Ritual Holidays. Mr. Pallav and Rohit guide us very well.It was helpful to have pictures and detailed descriptions of from your side. Both were excellent in their communication, knowledge and professionalism. It was a tough decision, but we went with the agency that we felt better understood our travel style. This travel company was the right choice! Our travel specialist was enthusiastic and responsive to all our needs, in both planning and during travel. We had an on-the-spot change in one of our hotels and our agent immediately responded and helped. A few questions came up during our trip and our agent was always available to answer them. It was like having a our driver who knew how to troubleshoot any issue. He truly customized our trip!

My interaction with the RH staff was excellent and Prinyanka from RH helped me to build a decent itinerary to Rajasthan ( Jaisalmar, Jodhpur, Udiapur and finally Jaipur). We were 10 of us first time out with my parents. We landed in Jaipur and the coordinator met us at the airport and first word he says is "make the remaining payment". They had promised us a video coach that was not fulfilled. Everything went well as planned. Last day of our trip after making all the payments driver says he can't come due to some personal reasons he will send other vehicle. We were ok with the arrangement and agreed to this. This twist is now I recieved a call from coordinator saying the payment is not made and kept bothering me cooking up some stories. He even chased us to airport asking some confusion you have to pay 7k as driver says he has not recieved the payment. All I would like to say is they are spoiling the name of RH by exploiting the customers. Please be aware.

I had booked the above-mentioned tour for myself and my wife. Initially I had the doubt about the standard since I had taken the package for the first time from Ritual Holidays but I found it extremely good right from the arrangement of visa, selection of airlines, hotels, food and above all the tour Manager viz. Shri Nath. I have never experienced such type of service from any tour manager right from 2010 when I started my tour abroad. Normally tour Manager leaves after completion of day's itinerary or at the most guides the guest about the local tram, bus, metro, train etc. but he had extended additional service by accompanying the guests to the places of their choice sometime upto 12.30 at night. I will definitely avail the service of Ritual Holidays for my future tours due to the excellent service provided by you.

Our trip was nicely organized by them. Completely Customised itinerary and perfect execution. The tour planner Mr. Akash Gupta planned our package very carefully listening all our requirements. The tour Coordinator at Andaman, Shekhar, was very cool guy and explained everything nicely. Almost all the chauffeurs were polite and friendly

Would like to talk about the place too, Andaman is really nice place full of serenity and if that is packed with satisfactory hospitality, nothing can beat it.
