We've recently returned from a fantastic 10 days stay in Singapore Bali and Malaysia. The trip was very well organised by Ritual holidays. Mr Himanshu Bhatia who takes care of the International packages did an excellent job in setting up one of the best itinerary for us. The day we were leaving from Bali to Malaysia there was a volcano eruption near the Bali airport which delayed our flight for a few days. Mr Himanshu Bhatia and his manager Anshul Agrawal made sure that everything was arranged in bali and Malaysia
And the flight dates were changed to a later date... the itinerary for malaysia including the transfers were changed without any problem. On the whole these 10 days were the best days of my life...! All thanks to Ritual Holidays and special thanks to Mr Himanshu Bhatia and his manager Anshul Agrawal for the BEST customer service, and a fantastic holiday. I would recommend all my family and friends to book their holidays from Ritual...

Complaint against Ritual Holidays Pvt. Ltd. - Sales Representative Jyoti & Service Representative Rohit

Gir Holiday Package:

Jyoti confirmed a Rs. *******/- deal for my Gir package that includes Hotel booking & car travel charges from 4th Nov to 7th Nov. However, in Gir I requested for Swiss Tent and for which they increased the package by another Rs. 2000/-. When I reached the destination, I got to know that all Swiss tents were already booked and I was incorrectly promised.

They looted additional money from me and it was an ambarrasement for me and my family. Thankfully I spoke to the Hotel manager and he gave be a good ac room. Another broken promise was I was informed that I would get a Tata indigo for car travel but got Maruti Swift

The car charges were promised to be covered but he asked for Food & dinner which as a human I couldn't deny

I have called several times and also emails them but no response yet

I want a refund of my overcharge and also a compensation for bad experience. Need your help to resolve this

Our family of four recently travelled to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Jaisalmer with Ritual Holidays. All was Perfect.Our driver was a kind, soft spoken gentleman who immediately brought smiles to the kids' faces.He knew all of the perfect spots to stop for a quick bite and clean bathrooms.Our guide made sure we were comfortable in all aspects of our adventure.Our guide in Agra kept the kids entertained as well as the adults.The sunrise trip to the Taj Mahal was an once in a lifetime experience. In Jaipur, our tour guide even took me on a unplanned shopping trip.We all agreed that our next vacation will be to Singapore and Malaysia and will also be planned by this travel agency. Already looking forward to it.

Last week we came from a wonderful trip. Thanks to Ritual Holidays for excellent planning of our tour, we had 16 people group.Our package was golden triangle tour(Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) had an awesome trip to these places. Our tour starting from Delhi, where we lives.Our hotels were 3 star category.Our driver was also our tour guide we really enjoy all places in this tour. Jaipur is beautiful destination to visit. Our driver who took such good care of us.we always felt safe and comfortable with him, Many thanks to Ritual holidays team.

Unbelievable experience with Ritual Holidays We stayed in Andaman for 6 days and while the weather was the best all hotels location was beautiful and our rooms were fabulous! We did a sailing tour we had a blast! And please don't miss the full day tour of port blair it was amazing to visit the Andaman. Would recommend this agency any day of the week! Note: When we initially booked our trip, They help us for everything I did not look at them until a month had passed. Enjoy your stay in Andaman. Last say Ritual Holidays team are beautiful...

My family and I had just returned from a 8D7N From Golden Triangle Tour Family Fun tour We would like to thank tour leader, the local tour guide, making this trip so enjoyable and special.
Not only were the team very friendly and helpful when we had any doubts or questions, their attention to minor details has allowed us better adjust to the weather conditions.
Our trip spanned and my mother's birthday. We are very grateful to the team for making those special by preparing a small celebration with gifts and cake. We greatly appreciated the efforts put in by the team and want to thank them for making these days so memorable

"I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful adventure we recently had in Himachal. As you know this is my third visit but, hands down, this particular trip was the best. From the guide, who was excellent, to the conversations we had, to the choice of hotels, to every meal, everything was superb. Sightseeing in the Shimla was beautiful as mall road, lakkar bazaar, jakhoo temple etc. same as in Manali also fantastic

Ritual Holidays have not fulfilled its commitments as agreed in the holiday package. I went on holiday package of Dwarka, Somnath and Gir forest with safari tour from 17th Feb to 22nd Feb at total cost of Rs *******. The package was booked more than 2 months in advance and all payments were done as per schedule. They could not arrange safari tour on 21st as promised in package tour thereby not completing their commitment. What is more they did not respond to my frequent calls. They are not professional travel agency. I would not recommend them for any tour.

We had a great trip to southern India and the details Ritual Holidays arranged worked out smoothly. We had a few days of too much heat but we learned to get out earlier in the day and to rest in the middle.

We managed one side trip to Pondicherry, which was worthwhile. Thanks for arranging everything; it made our travels quite effortless. We especially appreciated the young man who waited with us at the train station? It was very reassuring since we were bombarded with requests during that wait.

The guides were very good as were our drivers. Overall, Ritual Holidays did a terrific job in making our trip a huge success. Thank you to everyone involved in planning our trip - especially their patience in response to all my requests.

We will definitely recommend you guys, going to India.
