This tour was our first experience with a travel agency such as ritual holidays.our guide was well experienced and without fell he answered all questions and requests.he was an excellent guide.the whole trip was extremely well organised and there was not a hitch in our stay.the place agent chose was better than we had expected. Singapore was fantastic. From our experience we recommend ritual holidays as A1 and would recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding vacation! Everything went extremely smoothly, ritual holidays representatives were with us every step of the way, accommodation were outstanding, and tour guide were superb. This was a vacation with an aggressive itinerary that went flawlessly. Ritual holidays was able to secure reservation at the top places for us we would note have changed a thing and truly recommend ritual holidays for complex travel arrangements. No detail was overlooked.we very much enjoyed our two days at golden triangle, we spent a few days in kashmir and in jammu at shri mata vaishno devi. Overall, fantastic trip.

We organized a trip for us to Dubai through ritual holidays. They did fantastic job as every thing went according to plans the places we choose were great and all of us had a very pleasant experience. My husband and iwanted a unique honeymoon and we were intrested in shimla. So after some research i called ritual holidays and spoke with them, they mapped out an amezing trip thet said we could vertualy show up with just our passports and everythink would be taken care of and they were right... we didnot have worry about anythink orplan what we would do next. We did not have to look at maps and worry about transportation, our personal tour guide was excellent and the hotelsand restaurants were awaiting our arrival.we truly had an epic vacation.

Ritual holidays provided detailed information on all aspects of the upcoming trip at regular intervals, including essential details on important topics such as vaccinations, clothing, packing tips, currency, food and the like. By the time we were ready to leave, we really were ready to go.

As the trip approached, we were introduced to our Concierge, who provided some details about what to expect from ritual. Holidays upon arrival in uttarakhand and an emergency number where she could be reached if necessary. She also suggested some great restaurants to try, arranging reservations for us in advance of our trip.

The trip itself have gone better. The airport gate greeters, drivers and tour guide were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and on time (early). The hotels were uniformly charming - in some cases spectacularly so - with attentive staff, eager to please. I won't get into the details of the tours here, but each was a perfect fit. The tour guides were all energetic professionals and by the end of the tour, friends.

Everywhere we went, personal notes from guide greeted us on arrival. Hotel staff provided us with both small surprises in our rooms, up to an incredible birthday dinner on safari. Each day a delight.

All of this attention to detail does more than just provide a five star experience. It allows you to relax and really enjoy it, secure in the knowledge that you are being cared for.

So my sincere thanks to the staff at ritual holidays for a vacation that almost goes beyond description. That's how you do customer service, folks.

I had never traveled abroad before so I opted for a tour bangkok. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about both the history and local customs and venues. The tour was well organized and really an excellent value for the money. The accommodations were all clean and well appointed with comfortable amenities and courteous staff. I really cannot say enough about guide. She really made the trip fun and life changing... after this trip I have decided to continue to give myself the gift of travel for the rest of my life. Our trip to dubai with ritual holidays enriched our lives. Ritual holidays turned our dubai adventure into the trip of life time! I grew up in dubai and had always wanted to go back. Time and distance never allowed it. But in early june my husband and i were sitting in our living room and quite impulsively decided to go to dubai. We called ritual holidays and it was one of the best decision we have ever made. We don, t know how ritual holidays did it, as we arrived at airport, expediters met us at the door of the aircraft leading us through immigration, out to waiting drivers, who whisked us off to beautiful hotels. In what was an extremely special movement, ritual holidays even made it possible for me to take my boy and visit the house i grew up in. It will remain one of remarkable movement of life. Ritual holidays is luxury, adventure, efficiency, and kindness all rolled into one, and we are forever grateful. Stellar work, you have enriched our souls.

From start to finish, ritual holidays created unparalleled experience in singapore and malaysia. Though we enjoyed the absolute in luxury for accommodation, the highlights of our journey had to do with the local guides and the off the beaten track experience and transfers were fluent executed an we never had to concern ourselves with any of the detail. Just been to Shimla Kullu Manali with my family. My travel and accommodation requirements were taken care by Ritual Holidays. My first time to travel in goa on a tour and with a tour guide. Saliny is our tour guide and it made such a big difference. She is very knowledgeable of all the places we've been to and shares these knowledge to the group. Even her information are very useful to us. Aside from the info she shares with us, she is very nice, friendly, funny, and helpful. She also has a nice repport with the driver. You can't ask for more! She's the perfect tour guide!
