I bought the Revzilla rain suit. It fits on top of my normal riding gear. It is an awesome way to go. It provides not only blockage from rain and snow, it allows for about 15-20 degrees warmth. I'm an Arizona boy, so I like riding in the 70-90 degree range. Last week I had to ride in sub-30 degree weather. The rain gear really helped. I normally wear a large, but with the advice of a friend, bought the XL. It's just way easier to get in on and off. My order arrived quickly. Normal shipping was fine. Only took 4 or 5 days from time of order. Was super happy with the ease of the process. The suit packs up real small. Will definitely be in my packing gear for Italy ride across the Dolomites this fall.
As a Revzilla customer since 2013 with over 20 orders, I have never needed to return an item. My latest order of tires was the first. The rear tire arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and a return label was sent within 20 minutes. I sent the tire back the next day and Revzilla sent me out a replacement tire. They even added $20 Revzilla cash to my account as a bonus. Outstanding customer service.

I ordered parts for my motorcycle (brake pads) and selected the "next day" shipping. I did not receive my order until a few days later. Yes, I was a bit frustrated and shared my discontent with RevZilla. They were quick to respond and handle the situation. A refund for the shipping was applied and an explanation of what happened was given. They handled everything with professionalism and care.

On 4/19/25 I ordered a pulse generator for 2010 Honda Goldwing that was "in stock". So I added that to my cart. I wanted to purchase a gasket along with it but it was out of stock, no biggie, ordered from Partzilla. Went to check out, did all the steps, said 1-5 business day, cool. Placed order, status went to order received, 2 days later status went to order processed. At this time I noticed shipping said 1-2 weeks. Thinking to myself how if item was "in stock". So I called, spoke to a representative named Kimberly, super nice, not her fault. She said they are waiting for pulse generator to be shipped to them from another vendor than it would be shipped to me. Why show an item in stock to than have to wait for it. I could have just ordered it all through Partzilla with gasket, which I know now I should have done. Guess what, gasket arrived today. Guess I am accustomed to how Amazon ships. Think a company like this would have this figured out. First time buyer, not a great experience.
I always wear an XL glove but these were way smaller and did not size correctly. I had to re-order XXL and returning times is a pain in the butt so I'll keep them as extra just in case. My wife can wear them if need be. This is why I hate ordering online. Returns are never easy.
Not bad finding parts. The shipping and notification system flooded my inbox with multiple emails. Could not tell there were three separate shipments ask with different delivery dates. Had to log into website to actually track the packages. Clunky experience.
I ordered a tail tidy and it was everything I expected it to be. The shipping took an unacceptable two and a half weeks. The worst part is there is no recourse for customers to get assistance. You just have to wait and hope it eventually gets delivered. I could have bought the same parts from Amazon or eBay and had shipping support and proactive notifications of delays.

The delayed shipping was extremely frustrating. Frankly if I'd known it would take that long to ship I could've and would've gotten the same product from Amazon in less than half the time time it took just for RevZilla to get it the mail. When the product arrived I was disappointed to find that it's only partially leather. The huge gauntlet cuffs, the reason I purchased these gloves and their defining feature, are not leather but some kind of plastic. I love RevZilla but I'm super disappointed with this one.

I ordered a replacement mirror for one bike and a set of mirrors for a different bike, same order. They must have came from two different suppliers. I received one in 4 or 5 days and the other took twice as long. The tracking for FedEx was poorly updated, showed they set in NV for 3 days. I know it's not the sellers fault, they prepared for shipping quickly. Not impressed with FedEx

Love the form and function of the custom dynamics low profile rear brake/tail lamp. The lights are brighter than the stock single bulb that help you be seen further away, plus it gives the motorcycle an overall better look.
Of course the order and shipment processes provided by Revzilla are excellent. After many years of great service I've come to expect no less. What I was not certain of was how much better the new Sand 5 gloves are compared to the Sand 4 version. Much more comfortable and a far better design. Well done on this update Rev'It.

It has been second order with you guys sending me the wrong product. I had to return it again. Nor sure why that is but maybe warehouse employees aren't working as they supposed to but I will stop shopping with Revzilla. Com
My hubby has worn same size over 2 years... thats the size we ordered he said it was at least 2 sizes too small... then we wanted to exchange it ( which we were told we could do one time for free) and they said no you need to buy a refund label at $9.99 and return it for a refund... then you can order a new one. So after i finally got you to agree with the free label, you did not even carry a shirt 2 sizes bigger.
I ordered 2 helmets first one was full face so small sent back and got refunded minus shipping. Since you don't exchange i ordered a totally different helmet from someone else. Now on to the second helmet it's a half and it's to big so sending it back also. Why don't you do exchanges on helmets it would make the return process faster. Oh well now to order the right size
Ordered according to sizing but, run large, but customer service was with with a human, was very professional, respectful and accommodating to make sure I got the gear I needed and shipped it super fast, totally satisfied. The new roost guard it fits perfectly
Purchased a large jacket based on sizing and it was way too small. I submitted a return and dropped it off at FedEx with the purchased return label and have not received my return yet. I wish there was an option to exchange for next size up.
