Overall a good shopping experience. Products are as expected, shipped quickly, easy site to browse.
The only negative I have found is that the popup for 10% off for new customers pops up every time you visit the site even if you are logged in to your existing account and it is very annoying.
Had to buy brake free light from the manufacturer as it is forever out of stock.
My 2024 Suzuki V-Strom eats rear tires. I had tried out a different tire model and was getting better wear out of it but that last 1/16" of tire wear was disappearing fast. Early Thursday morning I went online and ordered a new tire, from Revzilla, and lo and behold the tire was delivered Friday by noon the next day. Incredible! I shaved the tire that evening then brought the bike to the Suzuki dealer who mounted, balanced and installed it. Kept me safe Revzilla - Thanks!
Surprised at how few rear tire options for my 2024 Suzuki V-Strom there are. That machine EATS rear tires!
Tried to get the 10% discount online didn't work. Had to call customer service. Found out this item isn't given a discount. Not a good experience. Still bought item due to this was exactly what I needed even though price seemed to be excessive.
Schuberth C5 Carbon with comm.
Looks great, fits great. Midwest so haven't been able to spend any time in it yet. Comm seems pretty complicated but probably will only use 15% of what it's capable of. Quick and easy buy on RevZilla.
The lights work great. The running light, brake lights, and turn signals. Unlike Indian's saddlebag lights. Installed on a 2024 Indian cheiftain dark horse. Over priced but does the job. Nice and bright as well. Shipping on the other hand was slower than a downs syndrome turtle with broken legs.
Pretty easy to find what i was looking for,.
I ordered wrong item.
Reordered it, Sent wrong one back without any restocking charge or shipping cost with full credit.
Not many companies today give that good of service.
Would not hesitate to order in future.
My experiences with Revzilla have regularly been productive. I am able to set a specific motorcycle for which I am searching accessories, as well as the type of riding equipment for which I have interest. If in stock, I can quickly and easily make a purchase, and typical delivery times are reasonable. I rarely have any issues, and the Revzilla team are typically there to assist as best they can.
I have placed an overseas order. Customer service wrote me that it usually takes 10-14 days.
I wrote back saying that I will not be at the address after ten days and it will be a problem for me. I asked for their help to accelerate my shipment with a sense of urgency.
I have received my package in 8 days for Scotland.
Fully delighted about their understanding and service quality. Customer service employees are Jonathan R and Karl S.
Simple and easy to use. Love the diagram setup on each bike, helps alot if you're a DIY kind of person, and you know exactly what you're expecting when getting oem. Highly recommend for oem and aftermarket parts, along with all the gear you could ever ask for
Great experience all around, do most of my shopping here of im not in store. Would definitely recommend
The supposed 10% discount code didn't work on my first order. My order was shipped in three parts. One arrived in a few days, the other took more than a week, and the last part took almost two weeks. What a disappointing experience.
The site wouldn't honor my first-time order code for a 10% discount, so after all of that shopping and time, I didn't get any benefit for my first order.
Forma boots were as described. Fit was accurate. Price was ok. The big bummer was shipping. Not exaggerating when I say I received a quick shifter ordered on eBay from Australia, faster than I received my boots from Revzilla from Vegas. I live in NY.
So far through my experience in owning a motorcycle I have looked almost everywhere online for motorcycle gear and reveille always seems to have the best prices and a great selection of options. Every purchase has been satisfying and shipped out in a timely manner.
I considered looking for other places after an ordeal a while back between Revzilla and Cycle Gear. However even though there was an issue with order I had placed, Misty who I spoke with, was great at finding me a solution and following up with me. Complete 180 from my experience last year.
For this visit (I am a returning a dedicated customer), I was just after grease and new front brake pads. I wanted a high quality grease for the axles (which I have tested and find to be smooooooooth down the road), and an upgrade from the organic stock pads that came with my bike but not something as catchy as race pads. I found what I wanted in a timely manner, paid a good price for it, and everything worked.
This site is so easy to navigate and find exact fit parts for that sometimes I just screen shop for fun. Easy easy.
Bought a Givi top box and attachment plate. Didn't realize I needed another plate until I called for help. Revzilla emailed me exactly what else I needed. Once I got that, installing was easy! Very happy with the top box
Revzilla has great products and I am extremely happy with the jacket I ordered but, I paid for 2 day shipping as the jacket was a gift for my boyfriend. Wanted to surprise him on his birthday but a problem occurred with the shipping and I did not receive the product until after a week. FedEx was notified and Revzilla sent me an email about the delay. I never received a shipping refund for the inconvenience.
I read the reviews that the boots I purchased run big so I ordered 42 that were too small, then I called customer service and told them I wear a 9 1/2 and they told me to order size 44. They came and were comparable to size 11 in US. Then I had to order another pair so returning too orders and paying shipping along with my time was a crappy experience.
Product ordered and paid for shipping small items rubber seals could fit in a first class envelope delivery date given was about four days later by 9 pm at 8:15 pm delayed then a day later delivery should be Monday. Just to long to wait for delivery I should have gone to the Harley dealer and bought item. Customer service couldn't even find order even though says order number optional. I still have a Bluetooth helmet that doesn't work from Revzilla that the CS agent put so many demands on me like sending videos of a switch I pressed it wasn't worth returning. I should learn to stop ordering from Revzilla delays and nothing but hassle to try and return items.
The jacket i ordered was under leather jackets, not really being able to tell by the pictures I ordered it only to find out when it arrived it was textile. Not a huge deal, but should probably be fixed. On another note, you guys are awsome as always!
There was an Icon jacket i wanted for my gf and for some reason the main was priced $100 more than the other sizes. I hit the chat with customer service and took care of it. Got what I needed and had had my gf suited up in a few days.
Run into a small problem with prices by size. Quick chat with customer service and boom issue resolved.
