Item came in just a bag with a lite plastic around the rim of gasket, I would appreciate it be handled with more care for the over price plus shipping cost, I found the same filter at better cost and even with express shipping came about just about the same price, only different i order 2 filters plus crush washers for less.
The best thing about the purchase process was entering my specific bike and getting a list of accessories that would fit it. After that I could compare and choose based on price, color, application, etc
I believe I'm a good customer having bought a couple of Aria helmets, jackets, and other assorted gear from Revzilla, and to be charged for return shipping has left me a bit soured. The boots I ordered, supposedly true to size, didn't fit. Actually too big and returned them.
They had the hard to find part for my mirror extensions on my Royal Enfield's. I have a classic 350 and a continental GT 650 both of the mirrors were a little short for my wide body instead of making the part they stock the part I need it. I bought eight total now my mirrors are completely functional and I'm happy with my parts
I have brought my stuff here before was a good experience
Revzilla will provide occasional incentives to make it more alluring to shop, and so I take advantage of these deals and typically buy a bit more than I intended. The inventory is great; and I enjoy reading the various reviews while researching what I want to buy.
Revzilla's price match guarantee came through again! They were able to provide the tires I wanted and match a competitor's prices. Their customer service rep was able to respond quickly to my request and the products were shipped out quickly. Happy again with my purchase from Revzilla!
Customer service reps are friendly and helpful.
Ordered the the XL after carefully measuring my hand. Had to return as they were too small. Reordered 2xl and they were a good fit. After reviewing the manufactures sizing chart again it still says I should be an XL. For me anyway I'd definitely suggest sizing up 1 size
Goofed up and damaged my bike, had to replace some add on accessories like a bar end mirror and frame slider. The OEM parts section on Revzilla.com guided me to the fairings and brackets that required replacement. The order was split into two delivery's, the first arrived within five days and the second about a week later. Everything I ordered arrived with no issues. I had one concern, the fairing description online didn't mention if the factory stickers and emblems were attached or not to the new fairings but good news the fairings showed up with all the factory markings. Can't wait to fix her up and get back to riding!
I have made several orders from RevZilla or other Comoto brands and I always get prompt service at fair prices. Anytime I have issues it isn't them, it's always FedEx, and they stay on top of tracking the order and resolving any issues. It's hard to find a company that does that these days.
I ordered these boots new in box expecting them to be as advertised. They showed up blemished with dirty bottoms (alpine star logo not white) and scuffs on the uppers and chips on the metal sliders. I really like the boots and fit well, but for the price paid I'm not impressed with the state of the product.
Promo codes don't seem to work sometimes
Tough to size, I am now the proud owner of not one but two sets of mesh, armored motorcycle pants, none of which fit.
Web and purchase experience were great with Revzilla but turns out with riding gear? Too much of a difference in sizings between manufacturers to make an online purchase work everytime.
Delivery was quick to Japan, less than a week. The waterproof liner tab broke when I took it off to put in the back protector. Customer service responded within 72 hours and offered me a refund for the defective product. I've always had good customer service from Revzilla.
I had a fitment issue with the air filter I received, so I contacted customer service. They really tried to help me, but ultimately they couldn't and said they wanted to do some more digging before they gave me an answer. I can appreciate them wanting to do their due diligence. They said they would email me. That was last Sunday and I haven't heard a peep. That's unacceptable.
There's no way to tighten them up so when I walk, they keep falling down, there needs to be more pockets to adjust the knee pads, when I sit down on my back, I have to adjust the knee pads to where they need to be but other than that, they are good. You can definitely feel the air flowing through them when you're riding.
Ordering from revzilla is always quick and easy. They have all the right parts even for my older equipment. They also value their members and opinions when it comes to their parts, tools, equipment and accessories.
Love the variety of items on the site.
I actually really love shopping from Revzilla. I receive products in a timely manner, and returns/exchanges are quick and easy. I'm new to the world of motorcycling, and Revzilla is where I buy all I need.
Fast shipping. Great product. Only place I order for my motorcycle needs!
Competitive prices, quick shipping (and often free shipping), and great selection. I've been buying tires and parts/accessories from Revzilla for years and appreciate their reliability and typically have everything in stock. The tires arrived in about two days after hitting the purchase button... great service.
Recently ordered Roland Sands Cayucas jacket and Axial Block pants - both arrived fast and fit generally as expected (*the reviews from other customers helped moderate sizing expectations as much as the retailers description). Also recently purchased a K&N air filter, which arrived promptly and fit as described. However, not a knock on RevZilla in any way, but the K&N filter I received had some fraying of the woven threading material throughout the intake side of the filter, not a catastrophic amount but almost as if the manufacturer became distracted while finishing the stitch job - I was able to snip away some of the loose threading with scissors. I installed it and it functions just fine. I guess I just expected a little better craftsmanship out of K&N's ~$75 filter. Ultimately not a biggie though. The RevZilla shopping experience overall has been fantastic.
Very useful online shopping for vehicle-specific parts
Needed a new battery for the DRZ because my plan to simply charge up the one I had after sitting neglected in my garage over a ridiculously cold winter was very much a stupid plan. A few clicks on the revzilla site and received a perfectly packaged replacement in short time.
I have been shopping around before and after taking the MSF course. I took it with a Walmart helmet that I had for years.
The AGV K3 Helmet was in my opinion the best as far as what it comes with and price. The feeling of it on my head is perfect and the pads are super comfy! I will certainly be getting other visors for it and maybe upgrading to a higher tier version one day.
