They do have high prices and you may search for a cheaper service. However, I will prefer this team because I trust them. I am a talented designer, but writing is not my best skill. So, I have asked this team to create a resume for me and they created a really creative piece which showcases my skills and experience.

Obtaining a formal interview invitation is no simple task, and most of the time, the only path in is to have a strong CV. If you don't have a decent curriculum vitae, you might not be able to get the job you want since companies won't even invite you in for a question and answer session if you don't have one. After failing to get work using a cv I produced myself, I went for a resume edit from resumesplanet.com. I received my work on schedule, and the CV was well-written, but it didn't appear amazing until I began getting formal interview invites.

I think this service was the thing that helped me in getting my current position. Having all the skills necessary is the main point ofc but I was applying to a company with a well-known name and rather strict policy, so at that time I though my resume should look great to be competitive. I purchased the package - resume + coverletter + LinkedIn profile. Described my experience, concerns, expectations in detail, provided 2 copies of my previous resumes, provided reference letters and my LinkedIn profile information. I also chose the 5 day delivery to allow the writer to really tackle it all.
1 - the delivery was delayed by 2 days, violating the purchase terms. During those 7 days the writer worked on the files I didn't get so view any of it.
2 - once they finally provided the files, 2 days late, I immediately provided feedback on the design and the content.
The design was horrid, the excessive bolding and highlighting and use of unpleasing colors created a poor first impression, and most definitely would deter anyone from reviewing the resume.
The content was a joke - the writer copied the bullet points from my existing materials, and in certain spots didn't realize they copied/pasted into the wrong section. They failed to create the narrative in any file (resume, coverletter, linkedin profile), completely failed to make it accomplishment oriented.
I went back and forth with the writer several times, provided additional information and design samples just to keep getting worse results.
I then reached out to the Support and requested another writer or a refund. I was told to file an official complaint, which would be reviewed by the investigations team.
The investigations team determined the resume is "fine" and they won't issue a refund.
How is this not scam?

I almost didn't order a resume because honestly, I couldn't afford to spend that much on a company that I've never used before. But the reputation of resumesplanet is amazing, so I decided to take that risk. I'm glad I did now. Dont send any money on this service. They will not do anything but plug key words all over a page. The mistakes was so bad I couldn't do anything or even make all the revisions without starting over. They don't allow you to talk directly to the writer on the phone so you know it's a scam. They are not based in the USA.

My CV was delivered into my inbox just when I needed. The writer updated it following my recommendations. The structure was good, but I didn't like a design. However, I figured out myself how to change color scheme and tweak the structure. Overall experience with this team was good.

How did you come upon resumesplanet? It was probably through a fake review of another reputable company. This site gets all of their traffic by writing fake reviews on other websites through "shell" sites and shady affiliate marketers. So you probably searched for reviews on another company and then a site popped up saying the company is trash and resumesplanet is the #1 site - people... This is a SCAM! If you fall for it - I feel sorry for you.
You can call their number and see that these people are running this operation out of another country. The 5 star reviews here are fake. Hundreds of people have fallen victim to this scam.
