It was great to work with. Everything was super easy and quick. This website helped me out so much with the wording and where to put everything. The templates were very nice and not so plain and boring. The fact that i could add color too was a plus. I will definitely be recommending this site to anyone looking to type out a resume!

Really? This entire exercise was an attempt at easily and quickly switching my resume to a newer template. And, I almost succeeded! That is, until someone decided a 50 character entry was required on an optional opinion at the end of the experience. I mean, if you really want it, here you go.

Good god good good good However the problem is not resolved. I'm not sure who looked at it over the weekend. These are pictures I took on Friday. The water from the gutter comes over the side and in the window. There is mold growing on the window frame and it's coming through the wall. The window frame is also rotted from all the water it has absorbed. I realize this is a nuisance and it's the last thing I want to have to bring to your attention. However if isn't dealt with properly, a mold issue is very concerning for the health

Not much help at all. Not AI intuitive. No real direction. I've had better experiences elsewhere, knowing my resume was good. Here, I feel like there was no help other than choosing a template that sort of works.

Misleading that we have to pay to get our resume and your payment process is horrible. Had to enter my card 3 times before payment went through. You should be emberssed if you are promoting this service to professionals. Maybe keep it to high school seniors graduating and looking for their 1st job.

Found resumegenius through Microsoft Word. The app works well, but I thought I had been working on my resume with a free template. It wasnt until i had already spent decent time and effort and was ready to print that the demand for payment was disclosed. Semi shady practice, leaves a sour taste with me- since i didnt want to start all over just had to pay. Would be a great app for free, or had at least warned that payment would become due before a usable product was built.

Its long and not completely user friendly. But it did have good wordings and a lot of choices under each category and heading. May continue to use if the resume it created looks good. Can't really get a good view of it until you make a purchase.

24 dollars for a resume, that I made myself with no useful help from this platform, is highway robbery. People are just paying for the modularity of the platform. I will not keep a subscription. I don't understand who at resume genius though 25 dollars a month for this service was a good idea. You will be bankrupt before 2030.

Very good overall, site loads a little slow and clunky for me. Edits are awkward. Templates look fantastic. AI generated content was helpful, but still has flaws. I'll know for sure if I start to gain traction with the new resume.

I loved all the AI assistance and ability to update my existing resume. However, I was mislead to believe this service was truly free, having to pay to download or print. Its okay. One difficulty is not knowing that I have to make a payment after all the work. Second, not having options to add any details to my current course where I have made changes to my program and that caused some delays in completing the course.

Great site, very helpful, but I would only change the fact that you have to multi task scrolling the big resume compared to the template options on the left, making it hard to see the whole thing but maybe that is just my laptop. Otherwise all is amazing.

Misleading advertising. Consumers are lead to believe that the services are free, but forced to pay if they want the resume. Consumers should have the option of a free trial period prior to being coerced into providing credit card information for the service.

All good until the scary moment when the 'free' template turned into 'pay now to email, print or download (essentially access) your resume' [that I just spent the last 3 hours creating!]
It seems to be a great tool with lots of cool features, but I should have known there would be a 'gotcha'. :(
