Haven't see result yet, so it's hard to assess. Also, the education section auto-fills the location as being in the United States. That isn't my complete experience. Have to override it manually in Word.

Its a quick, easy tool to use. My only concern/complaint is that I do not need the service monthly and I would only like to pay for the one resume and not worry about remembering to cancel the subscription.

While updating my resume, I noticed a typo in the AI-generated suggestion pop-up. It made the experience feel unreliable, as it gave the impression that text review isn't a priority on your platform, which could undermine customer confidence.

I like the resume layout options you offer, and the AI builders to help craft and suggest wording for stuff is great! I really struggled with final tweaks/customizations - your font sizes only offered Small Normal and Large, Normal was too big to keep everything on one page (this could have been fixed by being able to adjust spacing on the paragraphs or bringing the overall font down by 1) but instead when I went down the Small size it made all the main text a size 8 which is too small to read well and left some extra space at the bottom of the page... I would really appreciate more layout adjustment options!

Be nice if you just were honest and put the pricing up front instead of advertising it as free, then after spending all that time putting in information, you shut it down and want a membership and payment. Crappy tactic. Or just advertise a one-time resume builder fee and no recurring charge if you don't cancel the subscription, but you vultures hope people forget so you can charge them relentlessly. Not going to be coming back to this site and will not recommend the service to anyone.

Bait and switch! I clicked on a link that said "Free Resume Builder". I put in all the time to build a resume and then, you wouldn't let me have it unless I agreed to pay for a 14 day trial. That's dishonest!

I was blindsided by the price of the monthly subscription and was only made aware that i would have to pay such an exorbitant amount AFTER i had already spent over an hour of my time creating my resume on your website, time that would be rendered useless without forking over $23.95 just to download a single PDF.

You can't even use a prepaid card and then they bully you into spending more money you have 14 days and then you charge 30 something dollars or do a monthly payments of $7 but you also have to pay $90 something down it's ridiculous

Very expensive for the little I will be using it. I only needed to get a cover letter written up for 1 job and your website was a bit difficult to use as well. It took forever to get it to download my education information.
