I called the hotel. I should have booked directly with them. They, and I, feel your service is bad and the fee a complete waste.

I've stayed once before. The booking is simple. I do not however like giving a review before my stay but I had to to confirm I received my confirmation

I was not able due to illness to stay at the Hampton Inn in Salina KS. While I paid for the reservation of some $215+ I was not able to recover the fee. "They" 'were going to refer to a manager but nothing was shared with me so I've had "eat" $250 because no refund was given.
Since cancelling my booking in January because of illness I have not received a Re-imbursement for my $250. That in my mind is STEALING on line! So will be reported BBB.

I received a confirmation # not mentioned the hotel name, then I call but 20 callers were ahead of me.
I supect it was an spam, so I quit searching waht this was about. Then I contacted the employer who made the reservation and it was the same axact confirmation number.

Booked a room online. Joined Wyndham Rewards. Tried to confirm my reservation, was told "reservation not found". Called number provided. Was told the res number was from Expedia.Thought I had reserved through LaQuinta, don't know how I ended up on Expedia, my mistake. Got new reservation number from Wyndham, put it in "reservation still not found" this is my first time at Wyndham property, looks like it will be my last. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!

There was no direct phone number to call the hotel to ask if all rooms were dog friendly… I called the only associated number with the property(reservation desk)
I could have saved myself a lot more if I just booked through Expedia like I had planned. Paid more money and should have just showed up to the property with my dog.Waste of time unless you are incompetent and don't know how to reserve online

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
