Stay far away from this horrible company! They should be shut down immediately. When making a booking online, I was told the hotel had free extended parking and an airport shuttle. Immediately after booking, I called the hotel to confirm the time for the airport shuttle and was informed they had neither. I called Reservation Desk immediately to cancel and was told my booking was non-refundable even though their agent gave me the WRONG INFORMATION! I have called them at least 20 times, emailed, filled out contact forms and each time I either get ignored or told they will call me back, or it takes 5-7 days to look into it... it's been almost a month now and I've heard nothing. Horrible, they need to be shut down! I will not be staying quiet about this experience. Companies need to be held responsible!
Due to weather I was not able to fly into Chicago. They refused to refund me or a credit card. I would have been satisfied with partial refund. This was truly out of my hands! I will never ever book with them! They also refunded me $17.00!

The world today is very stressful. It seems to be a hassle and an annoying chore to get even the smallest thing done, especially when it comes to taking care of any business over the internet. This site was almost to easy to use... thought I might have done something wrong... then my confirmation pooped immediately into my inbox! Amazing... seriously! It was quite a pleasant surprise to be able to book online this hotel. We both go to Victoria every month of May for a quick vacation and before we had to call to book and I must say I was a bit apprehensive since I did not grow up with computers but it was so easy and fast!

Good experience, I had no issues with the reservation the site was easy to manage and booking was without any issues. I called the hotel directly to verify my booking and the person answering the phone for this hotel was very friendly and helpful

It was easy to book. But I was disappointed that Expedia was cheaper than going direct to your site. Unfortunately, Expedia was having tech issues so I couldn't use them. I am looking forward to our stay :)

Website was VERY easy to navigate. And for a 76 year old gal this is very important. I usually don't use my computer to make reservations but thought I would give it a try. And was I ever glad I did. When you use the phone there is usually a hold time and trying to speak to a live person takes 3-5 minutes.

I am disabled and prefer a first floor room. Since I use a cane and sometimes a walker, it is more convenient for me to have a first floor room; however, as long as the elevator and room are close together, if you do not have an accommodation on the first floor, I will manage.

It was quick. I did not receive a confirmation via email, but I did receive it by Text. If when I arrive tomorrow my room is reserved as requested the experience will have been fine. The charges are showing on my account so I'm assuming everything will be fine.

Booking went smoothly. I have been traveling to Mexico for business for many years. I have typically utilized the Saltillo and Monterrey Mexico Hampton Inn faclities for the past 20 years. The front staff was very helpful in allowing us to have use of a table to serve our family supper. They went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. The pool was clean and fun for the grand kids. This will be our go to hotel.

This site was easy and fast to book a room at the hotel but when i got my bill on my credit card it was $180.00 more than what the hotel charged me to stay there so i will call the hotel next time to book my reservation

The process seemed to go smoothly... easy access...quick. There were several rooms available and selection was simple. Check out was the easiest part and the confirmation and breakdown of charges information was very quick to come through on my phone. Steps were easy to follow.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
